Great staff. Warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great and again breakfast staff were lovely. My only issue was I upgraded to a room with a bath tub. When I got there I was told by staff that none of the rooms had a bath tub and they didn’t know why it had been advised as this. Besides this for a nice stay it’s well worth the money

Air con worked well!
Nice shower and room
However the cold water system had a squeezing noise in the bathroom and bedroom... Which stopped when cold tap on on low flow.
Brilliant reception staff, vety friendly and helpful... Top marks! .

The refurb of my bedroom looked as if it was done by someone who was first day on the job! The painting and silicone work were very sloppy. The carpet had bare patches throughout and looked as though it had been burned?
The door does not have a deadbolt, only a chain lock.
