Convenient hotel for Heathrow T5. Prices reasonable and it’s quiet and clean and has nice staff

This place is not located on terminal five. False advertised!!!! If you are in transit, do not stay in this hotel! it’s going to be a nightmare!

When we checked in with our 6 month old grandson the room was occupied by other customers - which we were told should not happen with their system .... it did! In the second room we were assigned, we found a maintenance person unblocking a shower drain, when we were told he would be setting up the crib and sofa bed. When we returned to the reception the manager asked us to wait 10 minutes - which turned into 25 minutes, while they retrieved our crib from the first room and set up a sofa bed in a third room. When we eventually entered our room, there were only two towels for the 4 of us, and 2 cups and saucers. In consolation we were offered a single beverage. While waiting for the third room, the manger showed my daughter to a baby changing facility which had no paper towels. All in all, I have no hesitation in saying this was the worse check in I have ever experienced and we will never stay here again.

The breakfast was delicious and customer service awesome! We arrived really late but there was there at the desk to help us. I would stay here again.

This property is always place to stay for me. I’ve been coming here for years and the service is just great! Nice spread for breakfast and Lima is always pleasant and helpful in the dining room. Amandi is so kind and a very attentive housekeeper. Front desk staff are always helpful with great advice and suggestions. I love it here.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times as it gives us easy access to London. We booked 2 rooms this time, one of the rooms was very smelly with wet carpets. We reported this to the reception and luckily they offered us another room which was much better. My mum also found a hair in her breakfast, cleanliness and hygiene can definitely be improved!

This is an average hotel. I haven't seen a room with a double bed in many hotels - there was plenty of space in the room for a queen size. The breakfast had a lot of choices but they were not very good. The staff was ok - not rude but also not friendly.

Good place to stay for Heathrow airport.

There was a bar just outside the hotel and non stop loud music until 11 pm. We want to sleep to catch the flight next day but we couldn’t untill 11 pm. Closing the window tight doesn’t help. Very Busy and crowded hotel.

Other than the price the stay wasn’t great. Two single beds in a room booked for 2 adults and one (older) child Tired bathrooms and strange smell to the room.
