All staff polite and helpful, although they need more staff , front main doors could do with being automatic as its hard to push while carting your luggage through, meals were good ( can recommend omelette) . Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff regardless of how busy they were

The staff were brilliant, they were friendly and really helpful with our room request. The room was very clean, amd the aircon was a godsend at a time of a May heatwave! The restaurant area was clean, well staffed and the hot food on the dinner menu was very good. Would stay again and would recommend

Clean comfortable room. Staff were fantastic - Elvis particularly was really attentive and friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. Loved all the dietary accommodations in the breakfast bar!!! I’m lactose intolerant so it was really nice to see the soy milk for the tea and the plant based yoghurt for the fruit station!!!! Haven’t seen that in any other hotels I’ve stayed in recently. All in all a very pleasant trip

The hotel has been upgraded a lot since we last stayed and was much more pleasant to be in. The breakfast was delicious. However one of the nights was a Saturday and there was a function and the bar was busy. As our room was at the front of the hotel we were disturbed by smokers outside and groups leaving. Worth noting.

The chair hurt my back. It was old and not ergonomically at all. The internet was slow - cannot do video calls without pixelating. There is no room to move around - only space for 2 beds, feels congested. The commode is so close to the door that you will feel as if you are sitting touching the door. All this makes it a lousy place to stay for more than two nights. I stayed there since all my colleagues were supposed to stay there too.

The concierge was obviously bored and uninterested in guests. Check in was slow. The cooked breakfast items were not very good. The price of a cooked breakfast was very high. Room clean and tidy. Bath slippy. Definitely needed the bath mat
