Generally a nice place to stay, met our needs and not over priced. Pleasant staff, the bed was comfy, great bathroom with fast hot water, good telly etc, breakfast was good too.
We didn't have any bedding for the sofa bed, I let one of the staff in the corridor know, and when we got back he had made the sofa up nicely for us.

We had an amazing 2 nights stay in 2 rooms with 3 adults and 3 children the rooms are spacious and clean and tidy. The staff where very helpful and friendly especially the welcome host for breakfast.

Generally a really good night’s sleep but the cleaners started emptying out their cleaning cupboard at 7am on a Sunday morning. It went on for 40 mins. Think our room must have been next to where they keep all the trollies and vacuums. Breakfast was busy as a weekend but had to wait for clean glasses and mugs for tea/coffee. Food was very good in both for breakfast and evening meal. No complaints there whatsoever. Staff on reception, very polite. Bar staff pleasant enough albeit a bit slow and restaurant staff were excellent.

Hotel room generally was good and the bed most comfortable, so a good nights sleep was enjoyed. Bathroom was tiny and poorly maintained (5 defects were reported, all easily rectifiable with good regular maintenance). Clearly this maintenance is not happening. Restaurant was good, breakfast and dinners being enjoyable with a good selection.

Short stay for just sleep on a business trip. Parking was a little confusing but the room was comfy and fairly quiet (I had an early night so was a little loud but nothing unreasonable).
Didn't have chance to see much else but the bar area looked really nice, filled with families watching football over the easter break.

i would like my money to be refunded, the room i requested was sofa room or sofa bed room i didn’t not get the room i requested so i just checked out hour after checking in
