This was for a trip to the football, excellent location

Great place! Away from the noise of city center. A few minutes walk to everything. Staff was great! Priced well also!

Excellent location. We had booked for a gig at the arena and it was an easy walk with plenty of restaurant choice for a meal on the way beforehand. Likewise, for all the waterfront and city centre attractions. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was also very quiet once the door and window were closed. We had a very enjoyable meal in the restaurant. Extremely nice staff and the steak was superb. Only gripe was the wine was opened and poured - no chance to try it first which surprised us given the reputation of MPW. (Thankfully, it was fine.) Reception staff were very helpful but I was surprised that I was not given an invoice at check out as confirmation of the amount taken on my card during our stay. No problem getting one but a hard copy is always appreciated.

Good staff and food but hotel rooms in need of updating

Excellent overnight stay - room very good and enjoyed the breakfast

It was a very nice 3 night break with friends. Location excellent, staff excellent but I personally felt a good cold breakfast selection was sadly missing. Very little fresh fruit, cereal etc. Focus seemed to be on a cooked breakfast which was good but not for everybody myself included.

Amazing! So accomidating

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing and so friendly. I cant recommend the hotel highly enough and everything is in close proximity.

Great location for this city and staff all very efficient and helpful Rooms are spacious though the doors are not very well soundproofed so lots of noise from the corridor Very comfortable beds Only downside is the breakfast - not worth any money, coffee was undrinkable, choice is very limited and quality patchy. Much better and cheaper places to go just a short walk from the hotel

Handy location for our trip, it was clean & quiet , staff all lovely. Room was small & dark the complimentary mini bar snacks consisted of 1 bag of crisps & 1 packet of biscuits over the 2 night stay,There was just one toweling robe in the bathroom. ( it was a double room TWO people & TWO nights). The duvet cover was a king size & duvet was double so one of us was cold! We feel the cost of the room very overpriced. wouldnt stay here again.

All the staff were so helpful and always friendly, the hotel was really clean and the food was delicious

Great stay in a fantastic location for all amenities. Friendly staff. Free mini bar in room and an iron and ironing board. Bit noisy at 5.30am for 30mins in the room 123. I stayed in due to barrels been delivered my fiends never heard a thing in their rooms. Breakfast fantastic and great choice of hot and continental food. Would definitely stay but ask for a room not near loading area.

Great fast check in. Clean room, but the shower room needs some maintenance. Toilet doesn’t stop filling unless you flush quickly again. Cracked and broken floor tiles in the bathroom - unhygienic.

Great friendly check in, very clean and comfortable. The mini bar had Items missing but very quick to rectify. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It would be our first choice definitely

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, the room was a decent size, the bathroom was also a decent size, with a waterfall shower, the water was hot, shampoo, conditioner body/hand wash & body lotion were provided. The breakfast was continental & cooked if you wanted it. The staff were exceedingly friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The Liverbird Building & Royal Albert Dock are about a 10 minute walk away.

Excellent stay great location, staff on reception really helpful and efficient

We received a warm welcome or arrival and departure. The hotel is in a great location. The decor is modern and our room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.
