Check in was very smooth and welcoming. We had lunch at one of their restaurants and the food was good. It’s a great location in a grand building. The room was a good size and the bed, comfortable. No complaints at all.

we had an issue with check in - poor customer service , but to be fair we raised this and the management team were keen to explore what happened and to make it right which was really good . so overall the staff were friendly and 1 unhelpful person is not representative of the hotel as a whole . Would definitely rebook

Such a lovely stay - the staff were awesome with my daughter, we had a room upgrade for her birthday, plus balloons and a little cake waiting for her which was such a nice touch. The room was quiet and it was excellently positioned - we walked to Covent Garden but tube station just outside. Staff were attentive and kind, and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is well maintained and the room was very comfortable. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right across from a tube station and it’s right next to the Thames. Many of London’s best attractions are within walking distance. Would recommend!

A lovely hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Staff are all very helpful. We didn’t have any food in the restaurant because we ate out at the event we were attending in London. Hotel is very close to Blackfriars Station. Thank you Hyatt.

I stayed here the night before my wedding and day after with my new husband, the staff were kind enough to upgrade the room and added breakfast to our booking. The reception manager Jo sent us a lovely card, bottle of prosecco and chocolate to our hotel room when we got back after our wedding! It was such a lovely surprise and made the occasion extra special for us.
The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable and a great size. We would love to come back!
