I understand it was budget but no kettle in the room

Still awaiting a refund from Expedia over a terrible stay that we needed to cut short. Anti-social behaviour, appalling hygiene including faeces on wall. Being given rooms that haven’t had the beds made and a room that had urine in the toilet upon arrival. Unsafe hotel (or better described as a hostel). Refund required as had to book elsewhere after first night’s stay.

There is no mobile coverage in the hotel. You will be forced to use the hotel free WiFi. Which brings cyber security risks. In the morning, one of the staff decide to come in our room without knocking with their own key.

Room was clean and functional though really hot

Location of this hotel is great with a choice of different food outlets in the food court, a Pizza Express and a Wetherspoons. We stayed in a triple room. Not much room for luggage but it was just a base for us to visit Harry Potter Studio Tour and London. You can get additional towels and pillows from reception. Room was quite stuffy and the climate control unit stopped working. No kettle in room sadly but there was a hot water machine in corridor with coffee sachets and teabags. Shower was powerful but would run cool every 20 seconds or so. Our first night was perfect and we all got a good sleep. Unfortunately the subsequent nights were noisier due to the arrival of a large group of European pupils who took to chatting loudly in the corridor and knocking on each others doors. Obviously this is beyond the control of the hotel and I'm aware that staff did ask them to be quiet. It's our 2nd stay here and despite the above, the convenient location, choice of food outlets and the EV chargers makes it still a hotel we would stay in again.

Clean efficient and good value

Booked a cheap stay here £43 for 1 night before heading to Legoland. Rooms were very basic but had everything you need and they were clean. Right next door are loads of different places to eat (it's a service station but a good one!) including a Wetherspoons. Coffee making facilities were just down the hall. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a hotel room - clean and comfortable.

Just what it says on the tin. Designed for overnight stays, check-in was quick & efficient. Rooms are functional with WiFi, walk-in shower, toilet, TV and, most importantly, a very comfy double bed. It calls itself budget although, at £99 fo a single night i wouldn't exactly call that budget! Very handy for all the services at Beaconsfield, so overall, impressed with the service

Did not do my research and was surprised that this is a low-end Ibis property at a roadside service center. Very small room, very small toilet, very small sink and shower and television. Arrive late, don’t stay any longer than necessary. It’s safe and clean, that’s all.

Clean and tidy most of the time but did not get room service on one day.

We arrived late and were pleased check in is open after 11pm. Room is small but has everything you need. This is a busy area even late at night.

Exactly what you'd expect for budget - bed, TV, sink, shower, toilet. Comfy bed, plenty of space, perfect for a quick night somewhere. Water temp was a bit temperamental though.
