All was good, pet welcome and parking.

It was an easy check in. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. Its worth noting that basic really means it has a bed, tv, loo, shower and sink. Thats all. There is no kettle or hairdryer and only one power socket in the room and it's at the end of the bed. I dont think any of these things are a problem as long as you know you will need to bring a hairdryer etc. There is a 24hr McDonald's and starbucks next door so you can get food and drinks. I had read the reviews so knew what to expect but I think it might be a bit annoying if you not expecting it. The only think I didn't really like was that the shower is in the room with just the loo enclosed for privacy. A bit strange for a twin room. So there is no privacy for showering or dressing unless you go into the toilet cubicle.Also useful to know in advance incase you are staying with someone you would be comfortable getting undress in front of.

It was a pleasant stay at your hotel

Très bon rapport qualités/prix situé dans une zone avec des fast food ouvert jusqu’à très tard le soir et une station essence. Personnel très compréhensif (nous sommes français) et ils ont réussi à nous comprendre. Ils parlent même un petit peu français. Hôtel propre, la chambre était comme il le fallait. Un peu loin de Londres mais aucun problème puisque la station de métro la plus proche (Stanmore) est à 30minutes. Nous avons passons est un très bon séjours. Et surtout une très très bonne nuit, les lits étaient très confortables.

Everything was good apart from the smell of the room. Check-in was efficient and friendly (loaned me a usb plug as I forgot mine). Room quiet comfortable and clean

Clean room - value for budget. Close to motorway.

The room was clean enough. No bathroom, just a toilet in a cupboard and the shower in the room with door on it. TV had hardly any working channels and no storage. No tea and coffee in room

it was very functional and businesslike. The shower kept going from red hot to stone-cold, making life a bit uncomfortable.

Simple straight forward hotel for a short stay.

Great location for a trip into Kew or London. Hotel room compact but did as required, and plenty of parking.
