Room was clean and comfortable, staff were very accommodating to my needs and check in

High price for a very small room. You have a window but have to use the blind for privacy as you are at a travel stop. Smokers hangout at most entrances. The room is so small it is smaller than my Class C RV. The washroom is a toilet in a room, between that "room" and the bunk bed is a shower with slightly frosted glass door and a mirror across from it so your wife and or kid can watch you clean yourself in the morning. The good thing about this hotel is it is conveniently located on the M way and it has air-airconditioning which is a rarity in this area yet an essential in the July temperatures.

Clean room but small. AC was awesome! In this heat wave was a life saver. Comfy bed. Could do with a bigger desk and proper chair and not stool to work on laptop. Great options to eat at next door. Free parking in services. Staff welcoming

You get what you pay for. Staff was friendly. This was the only hotel available after our flight was canceled and what was supposed to be a 30 minute layover turned into 30 hour layover. Rooms weren’t very clean or in good repair. Shower is in the main room with a see through door so don’t be bashful lol.

Plenty of parking space, and plenty of EV chargers, which, as a car owner new to electric, was very important. The room was very basic, but had everything I needed. Having said which, I am used to tea and coffee making facilities in the room, rather than downstairs. Would have been nice, also, if there had been a proper coffee making machine when you got there, rather than just hot water with instant coffee or tea bags. A bonus, however, was discovering a large pond at the rear of the hotel, something I wasn't expecting.

Parking and ease to get to the airport was the only plus. The rooms smell like sewage. At first it smelt musty, only got worse through the night.

Room was clean. More wipe clean than a hospital room though with a plastic shower cupboard off the bedroom and a toilet in another cupboard. Budget yes but absolutely no home comforts. Not even a duvet and the room was so cold I needed the heater all on night.
