I love it!🙌it’s peaceful, clean and safe.

Extremely basic, the room had a very strong,spicy smell which also got into the fibre of the towels which had a very strong smell. I think it came from the kitchen as they were making curry meals to order as part of the hotel service. At the side of main route in London so was noisy for the whole time of our stay

It was a hood and chill experience...

Good little hotel especially for the price. Only real issue I had was that there wasn’t enough plugs in the room. Also was a bit noisy from the main road but that was expected considering its location, I just took some ear plugs and was fine.

The shower room smelt horrible as though the drains were backed up and it was disgusting. The tv remote didn’t work so had to get that changed. The bed was uncomfy. The noise from the walls as though someone was running the shower most of the night was unbearable . Even recorded the noise.

Very much budget and there was a clear reason it was cheaper than anywhere else! So I booked it as it would allow 3 adults in the same room instead of forcing us into a second room. It served its purpose but that was it. Would have appreciated a kettle in the room but when I went back and checked the website, it didn’t list the room contents as having a kettle so that was my mistake. Our room cards were temperamental, as was the card slot to give the room lights - we got back to our room late at night and couldn’t get either of our cards to work the lights. Shower very slow to drain and risked flooding the shower room. I’ve been in these kinds of budget rooms before but this just seemed even more budget in nature!

I could not log on to my computer because of low security WIFI. Shower was warm but not hot. Staff v friendly and helpful. I had a ground floor room; awaken two nights by chatter at/ near reception. Little traffic noise.

Simply put, it's exactly what it says it is, budget and it works. so I shall be returning again and again.

Clean and as expected room and building. Suitable for contractors and stop overs.

It was satisfactory. Guests arriving late were quite noisy. The heater in the room need to.explained properly.

Amazing and reliable

Approxiamtely 14 minute walk from the nearest tube Barking. But you can pick up taxis which is a 5 minute drive. Reception service was quick and prompt. Room was compact but clean and tidy. Room soundproof. Although next to main road once window was closed very quiet. Had a good nights sleep. Continential breakfast is available and drinks obtained via reception.

The heating in the room didn't work. When I informed staff they were very nonchalant about it.

Me and My wife stayed here for three nights. The rooms very small and few facilities, you can hardly move around in the room It’s very far from the city center for commuting, even about 20 minutes from the bus or train stations. The first day we came for breakfast, they asked us which room we were in and then said that you do not have breakfast, if we had a free breakfast voucher, we informed them that she was not polite and said that this had nothing to do with me and that it was a system problem. You can answer with good literature but she was just arguing and this is not logical. In the end, you can have better options.

The property says budget, but it is not budget friendly. Smelly corridors , dinning area is small and inconvenient. Staffs are not friendly.

It's a pretty depressing hotel. Our room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke which wouldn't clear even when we left the window open (as far as it would open, at least, which was minimal). The bedding was also pretty poor. The only good thing was the bathroom which was fairly nice and modern. The lift and decor outside our room were decrepit. Wouldn't trust any of the catering. To top it all off, when we tried to claim compensation for the cigarette smell etc, it was refused.

This was a business trip and given it was simply a place to sleep as I was being collected and dropped off every day it’s still considering it’s in the middle of nowhere with fairly awful links and as simple as you expect for the very good price

Budget stay with car parking extra and no kettle in the room 😩

I chose this hotel from 2 I was reviewing. Looked through all the info and photos on Expedia. It looked good for the price and had free parking and breakfast. In reality when we arrived it couldn’t have been more the opposite. Arriving mid evening after a long drive the address took us to the wrong hotel as there were 2 different IBIS hotels? The rooms were like prison cells, freezing, noisy, uncomfortable. Only 2 plug sockets no tea and coffee facilities no hairdryer. The noise from the busy road felt like the window was open! The 2 vent air conditioning machine pumped out tepid air which was said to be 25 degrees! The receptionist was friendly and helpful but didn’t come to check the heating instead gave us stand alone fans but they were cooling fans so useless! Kept having problems with the door key for one of the rooms so couldn’t get in when one of our young family was sleeping. I was charged for parking my car!! The bathroom smelt of sewage! The final nail in the coffin was the insult that was breakfast. All that was available was a dire selection of cereal some bread cheese and ham. The toaster machine wasn’t even working so there was one small toaster for all in the hotel to use. No cooked food to be seen. Very disappointed would not recommend this stay.

Very expensive for what it is. A hotel near big Tesco and not much else. Area around hotel is a crime hot spot. Breakfast pathetic, not even an egg! Avoid at all costs, as title suggests you do not get a kettle.
