Very nice experience. Pleasant staff and clean, quiet room.

Very few amenities. It's a budget hotel, so my expectations were low to begin with but, this place is an amazing deal. Super low rates, very clean and quiet, until a bus load of noisy, unruly French teenagers arrived. But, all in all an incredible value and stay if you're not looking for the aforementioned amenities.

Before travelling I emailed to confirm that there were electric charging points at the hotel, I was informed they had charging points. What I wasn’t told was that 5 coaches would be parked in front of them for the duration of my stay. I had to pay £10 per day for parking and had to use the charging station at the petrol station. I chose this hotel based on the availability of charging units. I will not be using this hotel again. Not even a kettle in the room to make a brew!

It was okay but there was pee smell that lasted two days, not sure where it came from. Overall, good for the price.

Very poor! Complete rip off of £80! Would have been disappointed if I’d of been charged £40. Staff were rude when trying to find my room Was in the lift with 2 other girls lost trying to find their room so I wasn’t the only person with the same issues. One plug socket that was nowhere near the bed. Paid for breakfast but couldn’t even get anything as was a massive line of people, nothing even hot. Room was like a prison cell. STAY CLEAR

The breakfast was not worth the money, i asked for some eggs and was told continental breakfast doesnt have it and they dont offer. Asked for a refund for breakfast and they couldnt do either. On top of that the cutlery was dirty with pieces of dry food.

Yes room spotlessly clean, helpful receptionist gave me additional pillow i requested. Friendly young man.

When we put the hanger on the door stating they could come in I had only expected the towels to get changed and the bathroom cleaned. They not only did that but made sure the entire room was cleaned. I also loved the fact they had food available for purchase in addition to snacks/drinks. The towels were full size almost beach towel like and very plush. Cons: Not enough plugs in the room/no plugs near the head of the bed. The shower only had half of a glass wall with no way to close up the other side when you are in there. This cause water to get onto the main floor. There were also no wash cloths or hair conditioner. Thankfully I travel with my own.
