Great budget hotel, the staff are incredibly helpful, the rooms are clean. The car park is a bit confusing to get in to, you can only enter by turning left which google maps doesn't know yet, and there's a one way system, but it's still convenient.

Basic but clean rooms, always a good option for a stay close to Heathrow however the travel lodge is a bit better equipped with tea & coffee etc in rooms and a less clinical feeling to the rooms and usually similar in price. However no complaints with the ibis. A good budget option

The room smelt intensely of cigarettes, the room was clean but the maintenance was lacking: pieces of stuck on vinyl skirting missing. We did not interact with any staff nor used any of the food services. The room was fine for the budget price.

It’s a budget hotel. You’ll get a clean bed, bathroom, tv etc. Coffee/tea in the pantry area only. Not inside the room. The location is good. Right opposite to a bus stop, near to Picadally line underground station. There is a Tesco Express right next to it. Lot a eateries in walking distance.. Overall the stay was okay.. London city is 40 mins far via the underground service.

In some ways 3 stairs seems mean because you could not fault the cleanliness of the room or the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff but it was just so basic! There was a bed ( comfortable)

Really value for money for a London stay. Close to tube and property ok to just doze off at night after a long day. The AC didn't work but got water was fine. No kettle in room but shampoo and hand wash available. Best not to venture late at night since the area could be a bit scary, especially if you are alone.

Place was clean and tidy I would have given it 5 stars if they didn't charge you for parking without advising you before you book and also charge you for a hot drink from the coffee machine in the reception instead of a kettle and a few teabags in the room Certainly budget

100% I will stay here in my next foray to London. The room was clean and fresh smelling. We availed ourselves to the continental breakfast and that was well-worth the 9 quid, not to mention convenient. It's only a few blocks to the train at Hounslow Central so you are at the outskirts of London in a vibrant, suburban community. It seems as if everything was close at hand to the Ibis. There is no shortage of food options just outside of the facility, ranging from exotic to well-known chains. The two pubs a stone's throw away were very reasonable and welcoming. The bangers and mash at JD Wetherspoon was superb. Forgot your favorite pair of pants or your rain gear? There's a Primark clothing store a few blocks away that won't strain your budget. Adjacent to the hotel is a grocery store that is open late and has prepared food if you're out late. The room served my purposes, staff was friendly and accomodating, and it is centrally located . I give it my high recommendation.

The room we had was on a booked out floor of students and twice i had to complain to reception at 22:00 and sgain at 00:00 the noise was unnearable. I think hotels should notify you that the room you have been given may be noisy and offer alternative room. Not until the 2nd night was this offered. But we was leaving at 04:00 so didnt make a difference

Not a great continual breakfast, over cooked pastry’s , staff not very helpful, asked for spare pillows was told they didn’t have any unless we wanted dirty ones….! Rooms very basic, toilet is basically a cupboard, mattress rock hard not very comfy, other residents kicking off and shouting in the corridor at 4am…. Wouldn’t stay again

For the price it’s alright, for cheap one night stay before flying out of Heathrow it sufficed, for 3 of us it was a little cramped and take note the shower is in the room so if your not familiar with the people your staying with then look elsewhere or book separate. Bad points were it was warm, air con didn’t work, window opens a bit but being right on main road it was very noisy.
