Exactly what I needed for an early flight from Heathrow. Good price for a nice room. Friendly staff.

I don't care about eco-friendliness. I didn't have breakfast as had to leave at 04:30am to catch a flight. A map showing route to nearest tube station would have been useful.

the staff at this hotel - i think deliberately input vehicle registrations in wrongly when paying for parking... presumably on some sort of kick back from the parking company. Either that or they are totally illiterate and can't spell. Either way, frustrating that i previously had a fine and a load of hassle to appeal the parking issue caused by the staff. Not what you need when you're travelling for business and you just want a hassle free clean room. Also - the key cards on the doors had to be reset, got up to my room then had to go back to reception for the swipe card to not work. very irritating when i got back at midnight Positively the room was clean, and comfortable.

STAFF VERY GOOD

We use budget hotels throughout the year for UK city breaks. We usually stay in a Premier Inn. The usuals were fully booked so we opted for the Ibis Budget on this occasion. Room was beyond basic. Exactly as shown in the image, but the stains on the bedding, peeling fixtures, window that wouldn’t close and had the worst draft were clearly not highlighted by the photographer…. The price may have been cheap but we had a terrible nights sleep so won’t be back. Use if you’re desperate - but I think I’d have gotten a better night in the car.

The room was extremely aged, and the hotel is right under the path of planes landing at Heathrow. There's apparently no soundproofing so every 5-10 minutes you hear an extremely loud roar of a plane flying over.

Nice hotel

Conveniently close to Heathrow as only 3 tube stops away. A short 10 mins walk from Hounslow Central. The room is low standard as expected at Ibis Budget. There is a coffee & tea machine in reception only. The area around outside felt unsafe. The breakfast was very minimalistic for £9 each.
