Hotel is very overrated. Room was tiny, very tired and makeshift, bed was only just wide enough to lay on. Shower and bathroom are also very tired and require attention.

CONs: The room was really way too small. PROs: Staff always kind and extremely courteous and very convenient location in Bloomsbury.

The location is perfect for touring London. It's in a safe, interesting college neighborhood.

Recommended! The staff was lovely, our room was upgraded and very comfortable, and the location near Soho and Covent Gardens was super convenient. The building is very charming with old fireplaces and a garden in back. We didn't end up having breakfast here, though it's included given the B&B style accomodations. We made sure to book a room with a private bathroom, which was clean and a good size. Would stay again!

Staff are lovely and not bad for one night. The main area that could do with improvement is the bathroom. The shower head needs replacing. Room was clean

The staff was very nice, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good. Same selection every day but enough of a selection so you could change things up a bit. Our room was clean, a little small but welcome to London. Beds were comfy. Loaction was good. We could walk to alot of different areas and if not, the tube was close by. Nothing to complain about, really. Was just what i expected

Service was terrible and room was dirty. I asked for fresh towels after 2 days and got no wash cloth and no hand towel. The shower drain was clogged. The fawcet was dripping.

The English breakfast included with the Stay was very good as were the options to have other sides with the meal i.e; yogurt, fruit, cereal, Red and White Cheese, coffee, and tea etc. Well worth the fee.

The staff are great and the complimentary breakfast is terrific. This is an old historic building so the rooms are a bit tight and there is no elevator, however the staff are more than happy to assist with luggage.

Small simple hotel close to.uni. Friendly staff. Great full English breakfast. You get what you pay for in terms of price. .

It was hot and hard to sleep at night, there was only one fan

Extremely noisy all night, didn't get any sleep, bright lights were shining into the room and we could'nt block out the light because the curtains were hanging off the track, the toilet was stained brown, and the brim of the toilet was stained yellow, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom door was broken with lumps of wood flaking off, I couldn't use the shower without washing my hair, the water went everywhere and flooded the bathroom, the whole hotel needs updating and cleaning. The garden was not looked after, and it wasn't pleasant to sit out there. Absolutely wouldn't recommend

Lovely property, check in was easy. They offer breakfast in the morning and it was fabulous. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you are on a budget
