Recommended! The staff was lovely, our room was upgraded and very comfortable, and the location near Soho and Covent Gardens was super convenient. The building is very charming with old fireplaces and a garden in back. We didn't end up having breakfast here, though it's included given the B&B style accomodations. We made sure to book a room with a private bathroom, which was clean and a good size. Would stay again!

非常小巧的房间，但应有尽有，吹风机，电风扇，开水壶，独立浴室，电视，wifi.
英式早餐是现做的，服务很周到。每天都有客房清洁服务。他家还有个漂亮的小花园，从楼上看下去很不错。每天从外面玩回来，可以自在地休息。
其位置离大英博物馆步行10分钟不到，距离euston地铁站、火车站都很近，特别方便。除了空间比较小之外，在伦敦是个很好的住宿点。

The staff was very nice, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good. Same selection every day but enough of a selection so you could change things up a bit. Our room was clean, a little small but welcome to London. Beds were comfy. Loaction was good. We could walk to alot of different areas and if not, the tube was close by. Nothing to complain about, really. Was just what i expected

Service was terrible and room was dirty. I asked for fresh towels after 2 days and got no wash cloth and no hand towel. The shower drain was clogged. The fawcet was dripping.

O quarto era pequeno e não tinha espaço pra mala mas no geral me atendeu muito bem. Ótima localização, o que leva a um bom custo benefício. Excelente café da manhã preparado na hora. Funcionários muito atenciosos e receptivos.
