Excellent air conditioning for the heat wave! Very tight room for 2 but overall great bed, closet and bathroom. Was very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Great location - lots of restaurants and transportation close by - as well as the park. The room was air conditioned which was a great relief during the heat wave. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is now my favorite place to stay in London.

The single room I booked was perfect for what I needed. Hot tea kettle, warm shower and a heater for when it got chilly. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The location was also great as it was close enough to all the sights you may want to see but being close to Kensington Gardens made it ideal for a morning stroll. I would stay here again..
