事前にチェックインフォームを送ってくれるので到着時はすぐに部屋に入れて助かります。 落ち着いた地域でありながら地下鉄やバス停も近く移動にも便利、徒歩圏内のパディントンからはオックスフォードに向かいやすいなどおすすめの立地です。

食事が美味しかったのとホテルのセーフティボックスが閉まらなくなって困ってた時も外出中に対応してくれた。

部屋が広く、グランドフロアだったせいもあるのか、天井が高く広々と感じました。ベッドは小さめでしたが問題なかったです。セーフティーボックス、冷蔵庫、エアコンなどの設備はもちろんですが、ドライヤーがすぐに使えるようドレッサーの横に設置してあったのが使い勝手が良くありがたかったです。（冷蔵庫に関しては事前のリクエストに記入しておいたため設置されていた可能性もあり、全部屋に設置されているのかはわかりません） シャワーの水温調節、水圧は問題なく快適だったが、洗面台が小さかったことだけが残念といえば残念でした。 でも、立地条件も抜群なわりに価格もリーズナブルなので、次回も泊まりたいと思っています。

The room was very crean. Also convenient shopping and transportion.

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で安心です。初めてのロンドン旅を楽しむことができました。部屋もきれいで大満足です。ドライヤーも充電もできます。三口コンセント買いましたがこのホテルは必要ありません。

部屋は思っていたよりも狭かったですが、一人でのステイだったので全く問題がなかったです。 拙い英語でもスタッフの方も親切にして頂けていいホテルでした。 地下鉄の駅も近くアクセスが便利です。

Atendimento excelente, bom hotel.

Had a lovely stay! Rooms are nothing fancy but the bathrooms are very clean and housekeeping every day is great. Staff were friendly. It’s the perfect location for exploring London, and the buildings around the square are beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was too small but clean. The air on was disconnected and the room was stuffy but warm. It’s the only hotel that didn’t provide a complimentary bottle of water in the room that I can recall in years. There was noise from the ground floor areas penetrating my first floor room in the middle of the night

Zimmer war sauber, Personal freundlich. Der Spiegel und das Waschbecken waren defekt ( Keramik abgeschlagen und rote Flecken am Spiegel. Lage ist super.

Wanted to book London House Chicago. Could not contact London Hotel to cancel. Expedia wasn’t helpful.

Le personnel est sympa, la literie est agréable. Par contre pas de double vitrage donc la nuit on sentait un peu l’air passer d’autant plus que le lit était juste en dessous de la fenêtre. Chambre étroite mais fonctionnelle. Hôtel très bien situé

Clean room, the staff were exceptionally kind, caring, and professional. Many amenities nearby - Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, shopping, cafes and restaurants, all walkable for me but great transport links available too

Minha quinta vez no hotel. Sempre ótimo atendimento, localização e instalações . Só a limpeza que deixou a desejar , mas nada que não me faça voltar.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is fantastic, just around the corner are two tube stations. The street is fairly quiet. The temperature thermometer in our room was not working so the room was a little overheated, but we were able to crack open the windows and everything was fine. For some reason, the telephone in our room was not working so we could not call down to the front desk, but when we mentioned it later, they said there was a manual adjustment on the radiator. But these were small issues. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was not helpful at all. The room had the smallest bathroom I've ever saw in all Europe (see pics). The front desk lady was rude and not helpful at all, she just kept babling about her 40 years experience in the industry, which I doubt, being treated much better in other hotels, where the goal is to help customers. We wanted to change room due to the small bathroom and the only response (form that lady) was to upgrade making an additional payment. When mi wife explained that the rate for Sunday night was well below what we paid, the only answer was the rhetoric about her 40 years of experience. Not happy at all. I hoped Expedia, our agency, would stand by us but that didn't happen. We had to pay 40 English pounds in addition to what we already paid to get a room with a decent size bathroom We are not coming back to London House Hotel ever, after that fiasco. I will not recommend going to that hotel to anybody

Bom café da manhã.

Really nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Plenty of hot water and heat. Rooms are small and you can hear people outside but that didn’t bother us. The neighborhood is beautiful and near all public transportation, and it’s near nice restaurants, souvenir shops, and grocery stores. A really nice surprise with the cleanliness and kind staff (cleaners & front desk).
