Fantastic from start to finish. Our concierge was amazing, birthday card and chocolates waiting in the room after a casual remark, breakfast in our room was just amazing and bed super comfy. Thank you, we will be back!

The location of this hotel is amazing. The staff were welcoming and professional.
The breakfast was yummy and a lot of choices .
The only complaint I have is the standard room we stayed in. The carpet needs cleaning, the outer cabinet to the fridge door was broken and hanging by the hinge. The bathroom smelled of mildew as there wasn’t any ventilation. The bed and pillows were comfy though.

Stayed here many times before and always had a positive experience. However this time the room was dirty and reception staff very rude and unhelpful. Was provided with an alternative room after showing photographic evidence of the filthy room.. the second room was better but still very run down and lacking cleanliness.
The only positive were the two concierge staff who were very polite and helpful unlike their colleagues in reception.

We enjoyed the convenient location, in the middle of everything. We had an issue with black mold in the bathroom, but they were very quick to sort it out. The design and showerhead in the bath lend themselves to this issue, and there was water everywhere when showering. Perhaps a change of showerheads would improve that. Otherwise, the room was very nice. The concierge, Dean, was excellent - super friendly and respectful, and couldn't do enough to help us.

The staff are very helpful and kind. I slept well, the room (and bathroom) was clean. Breakfast was great. Walkability was easy & convenient. The consierge charged my power bank and called for airport transportation. I arrived safely with time to spare.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, staff helpful and friendly - especially the front desk and concierge, and the room was spacious with good amenities. It was very clean - I rarely take baths in hotels but felt comfortable doing so here. I felt it was a good value.
