Overall, it was fabulous during our stay, however, we had left something in the hotel accidentally, we were not able to grab it back even though we went back on the same date we checked out. They said that they didn’t find it in the housekeeping room and the room had the other guests. They said they couldn’t contact the housekeeper. They promised to inform us whether or not they found it the next day. Unfortunately, no one contacted us and even if we emailed them, no one replied. :(

Very comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere felt safe and professional from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and warm, and overall it was a great experience. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel and rooms are absolutely lovely and the staff are very attentive and kind The breakfast however is extremely poor for the £24 that the hotel charges If you don’t want a cooked breakfast, the buffet choices of cold items was extremely poor Tiny pastries that look like they are from a supermarket, poor choice of fruit , no breakfast rolls , bagels etc , very cheep ham and cheese with no other cold choices like cream cheese, cottage cheese or salmon as in many hotels and if you want a cappuccino it will cost you extra !!! Very poor value for such a lovely hotel !

It was a really lovely stay ! Staff were lovely ! food was very good. And you stay just over the road from Windsor Castle … perfect !!

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean. Our family had a suite and a classic room and both were great. Suite had tons of room which was great with a toddler or if you have a baby, bath and a shower option plus two sinks. Secure and central parking was very helpful given the location. Only slight negatives were that to go out in your car you had to tell the hotel as you could be blocked in and they might need to move another car, we were told it would only take 10 minutes but sometimes it was longer and felt a bit of a hassle getting in and out. For the price of breakfast we were disappointed in the options, the fruit salad was just apples one day and had grapes added another. It’s a shame they didn’t have pancakes or waffles on the menu. After paying extra for breakfast there was then an extra charge for eggs Benedict. We thought about ordering to our room for breakfast but even though we had paid there was still a tray charge of £8 and we couldn’t justify it so we went next door to Gail’s in the morning. We would definitely come back but wouldn’t pay for breakfast again.

Fabulous location, the castle is about one a minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as is the reception area.

Staff were great, we took our dog with us (as we have several times before) the cleanliness of the room was ok but not immaculate.

Clean room with friendly staff. The bed and bedding were really comfortable too!

We stayed over for one night. Concierge was great upon arrival, and staff were very welcoming. Reception area smelt lovely as we walked in and the surrounding are immaculate. The room was lovely, comfortable bed and plenty of room for the 2 of us. Had a drink in the bar but didn't actually eat in the hotel as we like to go out and about

Service & staff were great … as were the facilities & room .. the only complaint we have is that despite upgrading to the turquoise suite the room was really quite cold despite an extra radiator being provided & remained so

Loved our room ! Love the staff , Michael on concierge treated us so well ! All the hotel staff are fab ! Regular visitor in December annually ! Worth every penny ! Elemis toiletries , spacious room and so comfy ! Love the place !
