Overall, it was fabulous during our stay, however, we had left something in the hotel accidentally, we were not able to grab it back even though we went back on the same date we checked out. They said that they didn’t find it in the housekeeping room and the room had the other guests. They said they couldn’t contact the housekeeper. They promised to inform us whether or not they found it the next day.
Unfortunately, no one contacted us and even if we emailed them, no one replied. :(

Lovely hotel - great location opposite the castle. Room was clean and nice size. Only negative bed was not comfortable - it had a hard mattress and the pillows were useless.

We had 4 rooms booked as we had an event at Windsor Castle the next day. We had one car between the 4 rooms and were heavily dissuaded by your concierge not to use the hotels car park.
We were parked at the garage at the back and kept being told how expensive the parking was and how we would be charged 2 days even though we wouldn’t have even been there 18 hours.. This caused us problems and to be late for our event that evening too. It was not a great start .
