Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean but basic as discribed but ideal for what we required. 10 mins walk from marble arch and hyde park for concerts and events.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, nothing is a hassle, the property is immaculate, serves a tasty breakfast and is perfectly situated for train and bus services - 3 minute walk to Paddington Station, 3 minute walk to buses and Hyde Park - BST Hyde Park gigs entrance about 5-10 minute walk and feels safe. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Location was perfect for Paddington station, staff very nice. Room and bathroom very dated but it was clean and we only needed one night to stay.

Kamar bersih dan pelayanan ramah serta lokasi dekat dengan Resto Asia sehingga nyaman untuk cari makan. Breakfast juga disajikan dengan baik ala English Breakfast.

The room is clean, good location, nice English breakfast and very friendly staffs both at the reception and at the cafe. Will stay there again if I go to London.

Love this hotel. The location was great, near paddington station. The room was cozy, even if the room was so small, but that's not a big deal for me. The breakfast was so nice. I love everything about this hotel.
