Spa great Service great Everything great Would give it ten stars if I could

Our suite was spectacular! Floor to ceiling windows that afforded fantastic views of the Thames and the London skyline, including the London Eye! The decor and finishings were top notch. Area around the property has construction (there is generally a ton of roadwork in London, and the area is still being developed in places), hence the 4 stars on that aspect. The entire staff was amazing, from housekeeping, to the doormen, to room service, to concierge services, to the front desk, the management, and the folks at Nine Elms Kitchen. They were kind, professional, courteous, and helpful. If we’re ever back in London, we will definitely stay there again.

Clean & convenient

Beautiful room with a spectacular view of the Themes River. Room had every amenity, a beautiful new Hyatt, quiet and lovely. Great Breakfast Buffet! (The construction around them is not their fault, just made it inconvenient driving in for a jet lagged driver from the states!)

Everything was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated hotel with good quality amenities, toiletries and in room facilities. Food was lovely and there was a good pool and gym. They put some nice treats in the room for my birthday. The service was outstanding and made the stay special.

Not a full hotel, it’s more like a high hotel for executives and company. Grand Hyatt would had been enough name. Park Hyatt not what I expected from.

Staff were nice. View was mid, river seem kinda dirty. Abit out of the way from major attractions but wasn’t super far. I might have left my brushes behind as I was rushing and called front desk after I checked up, to my surprise they weren’t able to find my reservation. ( I only checked out few hrs ago) and was hoping to confirm I really left it behind, front desk asked for an email but never gotten back to me so that was a bummer. Regardless the room was very clean.

There wasn’t anything they hadn’t thought of , amazing stay , pure luxury , friendly staff , wonderful bar , spa was magical

Beautiful hotel with everything need and only to ask for anything else

Impeccable facilities and service. Area was 2 or 3 miles from the central part of town, but the Underground station is right there. I prefer that it wasn't as crowded as the real center of town. I would definetely sta there again!

The staff was so helpful and very polite. Everyone welcome as sweet smile everyone trying to help us and the hotel was super clean..

Contrairement à certains avis lus en ligne, notre expérience fut pleinement réussie, digne des standards Park Hyatt. Le hall est majestueux, l’ensemble décoré avec élégance dans un style apaisant et contemporain. Accueil impeccable à tous les niveaux, avec un personnel souriant et attentionné. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une chambre d’angle au 13e étage : spacieuse, moderne, très bien insonorisée, avec une vue dégagée et une belle lumière. Le confort est absolu, les matériaux haut de gamme, et la salle de bain, avec douche et baignoire séparées, très bien pensée. La piscine est un vrai atout : grande, calme et peu fréquentée, avec un espace spa agréable. Seul regret, l’architecture masque partiellement la vue extérieure. Quant à la localisation, si le quartier de Nine Elms est encore en développement, il est calme, propre, avec plusieurs commerces et restos. Vauxhall (Victoria Line) est à 5 minutes à pied et permet de rejoindre le centre en un rien de temps. En résumé : un hôtel très réussi, qui conjugue confort, modernité, calme et excellence de service. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Very kind staffs with luxurious hotel. The cost is little bit expensive but acceptable. There was an issue about refund of deposit. However, it was solved clearly.
