Park View

Having stayed here before I knew what the apartment was like. That's why I returned. Ideal location and a lovely setting next to the park.

Park View is super convenient for staying in Falmouth - a short walk into town, free parking and easy self check in. However when we stayed our room was extremely hot, it was a warm weekend and we were in the room at the top of the house (number 7), with a window which hardly opened! I would recommend booking a lower down room if you’re travelling here in the summer. The stairs up to the top were also extremely steep!

The property itself was in the a quiet area so great for a good night's sleep. The room was big, comfortable and wonderfully clean. Great shower. It's a quick walk downhill to the edge of the main shopping street and museum but about 20-30mins to the beaches and the Maritime museum on some hilly main roads.

Lovely large with very comfortable bed. Shower good plenty of hot water. Location perfect and very quiet .

Such a cool place. Great location close to all amenities, adequate parking, and very comfortable room. The shared kitchen with all appliances was spacious and great for preparing own food.

I liked the lovely dining room where we could prepare our own food. The shower knob of room 7 was stiff especially with soapy hands.

Perfect location for my business stay. Easy walk in to Falmouth. Good, large comfortable room. Didn’t use the shared kitchen facilities but looked like it provided everything you would need. Al in all a positive stay.

It was a good stay. Very clean. We didn’t really see the staff but they did come and clean. My mother found the hallway confusing and all the doors were really heavy. I would stay there again but by myself.

Had a great time staying at Park view

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family and booked last minute. Location was great and it was a clean and comfortable stay. If you have any mobility issues however, I wouldn't recommend as we stayed at the top which had narrow steep stairs. Other odd quirks were there was not one bowl in the room or kitchen. Also we booked for 3 people and arrived to a room with a fold out and had to find the bedding. We found a fitted sheet available (but didn't fit the fold out couch properly) and a blanket without a cover. Overall it was a very cute location and accommodation and I would stay again.

Lovely place, reasonably priced, comfortable bed and everything was pristinely clean! Check in and check out was a breeze with door codes Garden room has a beautiful view from the windows Lovely hot & high pressure shower too - an essential!

Great room, just as described. Another comfy chair in the room for 2nd person would have been nice.

Perfect location

Room very spacious, bright and modern. Great amenities and within walking distance of Falmouth centre.

Lovely room and lovely view of the park opposite but not for a family of 4. We booked room 7 for 2 adults and 2 teenage children but the sofa bed was not big enough, if you have two children book a bigger room! Don’t book this room if you can’t walk up stairs either as it’s the top of the house. The room had a comfy bed and small bed settee. It had a microwave, toaster and kettle with a few kitchen items which were great. It has got a shared kitchen on the ground floor but we didn’t use this. Would stay again but in a bigger room or if just a couple or family of 3 it’s perfect.

Good stay. All was well. Didn’t see any hotel staff as all entry points covered by digital lock keypads. Steps to front door need handrails. No apparent entry points for disabled access. Room was good with en-suite facilities, kettle and small fridge.

Terribly disappointed that breakfast was not included, it’s a long walk into town, and we were unable to find a decent breakfast in town. We were saved by Costa!

Very well located, pleasant surroundings. Guest house provided parking and good size kitchen and eating area.
