A lovely hotel very close to King’s Cross St Pancras station. Room was clean, only negative is I expected it to have USB charging points in room but it didn’t

We loved our stay! It was my family's first visit to London, so I wanted somewhere centrally located but near the Eurostar train station. I loved the room layout with the sofa bed separated from the King bed so parents could have some space away from kids. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant downstairs was lovely. I would absolutely stay here again!

Room was comfortable, staff helpful & food & drinks to a high standard, however 2 out of 3 lifts being out of service was problematic to say the least.

Excellent location and quiet rooms. We appreciated the daily cleaning.

This is my go-to hotel for some years back in the early 2010s. It's been over a decade and I can easily say that it's still maintains the level of excellence I remember. The location is about the best you can get in terms of easy access to anywhere in the city (restaurants in the immediate area aren't amazing but when everything is about 15 minutes away by tube it doesn't matter). And fwiw, Hawksmoor nearby is solid. The rooms are always comfortable and the food and restaurant area is solid overall. Views are nice from several of the rooms. I am someone who likes a room ice cold when I travel and most hotels are not that way with AC in this day and age. I wouldn't say the Pullman is an exception however they provided us with a fan which was awesome and helped me to sleep like a baby. To that end the staff was very helpful and friendly. Wouldd most definitely stay again.

Great location would stay here again

Check in was welcoming. Beautiful lobby and dining/bar area looked stunning. Room was spacious. Love the pillows in the room, bed was extremly comfortable. Used the bar area on my way back into hotel after an evening at the theatre, it was very late but managed to take a drink up to room. Did'nt eat breakfast next morning as it was £26 and thats too much for me. Check out was swift, staff all friendly, no issues. Would stay again, thank you.

The Pullman Hotel is well located on the busy Euston Road close to Euston, St. Pancras and Kings Cross railway stations. It is also close to several Underground stations making getting around London by public transport very easy. I had a very quick and efficient check in and was in my room by lunchtime. I had a better room on this occasion. Although my room overlooked the Euston Road the sound insulation was quite good. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend taking ear plugs to be on the safe side. The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. The towels could be of a better quality. One of the three lifts was out of order for the entirety of my stay resulting in long waits in the morning.

A great hotel close to St Pancras. Very nice bar and food area.

This hotel is everything. The location was perfect being so close to the train station and the breakfast was amazingly good. I would definitely stay again. The only thing that would make it better would be an amenity kit.

Old cheap bed and cheap pillows. Not a good nights sleep
