I was travelling for business. It's a great location when visiting the Kings Cross / Euston area. The front desk experience facilitated by a gentleman called Shiv was excellent - warm, personable and authentic - a good ambassador for the hotel. Room was well appointed and more spacious than most. Made use of the restaurant - good food at reasonable prices. Would stay again

Excellent location for tube links. Hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Check in was very busy at 3pm but we got sorted fairly quickly. We had to wait about 5 mins to be seated at breakfast but again at peak time. The buffet was great. Great view from the 7th floor and the beds were super comfy. Shower and toiletries also great. I would stay again.

I had expected a little more from this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, which I appreciated, but the interior still felt quite worn and could benefit from further refurbishment. If the room had already been renovated, some of the work did not appear to be of a very high standard. Considering that I paid around €400, I felt that the overall experience did not fully match the price. On a positive note, the breakfast was very tasty and of good quality, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with good transport connections.

Stayed at The Pullman for two nights. One before our holiday & one after. It was situated close to St Pancras for an early check in to Eurostar. Lovely hotel & the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Have never had so much choice & the service & staff were excellent. Will definitely be returning & highly recommend

The room was immaculate and laid out well, but quite small. Our room had a support column next to the bed. IIt had a King bed and would have been more comfortable with a Queen bed. The bathroom was modern, the shower new and working perfectly. Staff helpful, and location could not be better. Excellent business hotel. A bit on the pricey side for the room size, but right next to the big rail stations. We would stay there again.

The location is great, the views from the upper floors are stunning and the breakfasts are good. However, I was allocated a room with a poorly designed shower which constantly flooded. I think the intention was for the shower to have disabled access - which is obviously fine in principle - but the layout would mean a wheelchair user’s chair would be completely drenched. I have experienced flooding showers before but nothing on this level.

This is a great hotel, wonderfully situated for King's Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations if you're travelling early. Lovely decor, staff very friendly and well appointed rooms. Bed very comfortable and bed linen plush. Definitely recommended as a great place to stay.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was super clean and cute. The staff was sooo accommodating. The location is superb as it is right by the St. Pancras train station. My mom lost her phone and we had it sent to the hotel. The staff held onto it until someone went to go pick it up for us as we had already left the country! Only complaint is the expensive breakfast which is optional.
