Great location near Kings Cross station. Breakfast was enjoyable and the bed was comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Always a smile on their faces and willing to have a quick chat. We enjoyed our stay.

More travel lodge than Pullman. Carpets are dirty, window s haven’t been cleaned in years seeing and the quality of the rooms generally are atrocious. I paid £300 to stay here and would honestly say it’s the worst quality of room I’ve seen at this price point or even lower. There are much better options. Positives: location and the lobby area.

Electricity went out for many hours during my stay shutting down the elevators. The hotel claims no fault. There was a fire exit next to my room that automatically closed very loudly every time someone went through. Had to sleep with ear plugs to not wake up to door banging. Some person was stuck in an elevator outside the hotel lobby and calling visitors for help when I arrived. The drain in my shower wasn't draining. The staff kindly removed the drain cover and it started draining again. My room had an unfresh smell when I arrived.
