The Pullman Team were great - check in quick, room clean and tidy and doormen excellent. Thanks again for looking after us every time we use Eurostar.

Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Very frankly, the location is wonderful specially if u travel by Eurostar. Room is a bit small but still ok. The only thing that I criticize is no refrigerator !

Clean room, huge bed. Room quiet as it was at the back of the hotel. Bathroom was fine but with a glass opaque door, which might not be ideal for friends rather than couples. The bar area was very busy and noisy, tho it was near Xmas. We were seated but left before we were served as it took so long and we had to be somewhere. Foyer decor is nice, very modern. Good position between Kings Cross and Euston. Cafes and pubs nearby. Check-in staff friendly but otherwise no-one else was. Stylish but unwelcoming

The room is good and the location perfect. A few more healthy options at breakfast would perhaps be welcome. The biggest problems were the room temperature - the aircon settings were restricted so the room could not be cooled down - and the ridiculously thick, synthetic bedding. Such a shame as if those hadn’t been issues, it would have been a five star review.
