Second stay here as it’s really hand for the station, theatre and the O2. The team working are brilliant second time Stelios has checked me in and they are very welcoming and polite which is lovely. The view was ridiculously good. Will definitely stay away.

Since I was a young g boy, I wanted to see what this building was like inside, and it didn’t disappoint, Radisson have done an amazing job. We got a free upgrade through Hotels.com to a suite, which was lovely. The entrance is just amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it’s the only place I want to stay when I come back.

Great location. Shops, pubs and train station were all very close by. Rooms were spacious with nice amenities. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful. Overall a good experience.

My main issue with this hotel was the quality of the mattress and pillows. Why do hotels have such bad pillows? And why do they all think we want feather ones? Most people don't use feather pillows! They did also have fibre pillows but it felt like they had purchased them from a jumble sale from someone who had already used the pillows for 20 years. The mattress wasn't much better. I actually like a firm mattress but this one was like lying on concrete. These two things are non-negotiables in a hotel for me as if they are bad it leads to poor sleep and a terrible working day the next day. In terms of breakfast, the quality and variety of the cereals and fruits was really bad. The travel lodge is better. The quality of the cooked breakfast was a little better but still not great. Finally they had a power cut so we had no lights in the morning. Someone couldn't find the fuse box!

The hotel is extremely conveniently situated next to Lime Street Station. My room was quite small and dark with red highlights. It was like being in a photographic dark room. It was dark and difficult to see even with the lights on. There wasn't much cupboard space in the room and in the end I only partially unpacked. There was an in-room safe. There was no fridge or mini bar but there was an empty cabinet that looked as though it housed one. I was there for work. The Wi-Fi was good. While the the room was cramped, it was possible to work effectively. However, I did take my laptop down into the public areas as it was more pleasant to work there. Over the next few days, the hotel grew on me. The staff were really nice and helpful. Everything worked. The gym was available any time. Breakfast was fine. The shower was good. The room was silent and the bed was comfortable so I had a good night's sleep each night.

Nice clean room with a comfy bed. The pillows were thin and quite flat though. I was meant to get a 20% discount off food and drinks in the restaurant but this wasn’t honoured. Had a delicious Sunday roast in the restaurant and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. There was quite a bit of noise due to the road, trains and underground but that’s to be expected with the location. The floors were very creaky so any time anyone walks around the room it makes noise

The room was lovely and clean, there was somewhere to hang our clothes but there were no drawers. This hotel is very close to the station but we didn’t hear any trains, and is very well situated to all the attractions and places to visit. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall it was a fantastic two night stay, the staff were excellent, the hotel was perfectly situated within walking distance to everything. The one slight downside was the breakfast situation on the last day, the hotel hosted a wedding party and going down for breakfast at approximately 9ish there wasn’t a table to be had, it felt quite uncomfortable hovering around in the small seating area watching and waiting for a table to become free. However the breakfast offering was worth the wait and the selection of food was very good.
