The Red is attached to Liverpool lime Street train station for easy access. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful historic building close to Royal Albert dock and the Cavern Club. Lots of great restaurants close by, souvenir stores are plenty and the mall is just across the street. The hotel is extremely clean. The staff are extremely helpful. This was our second year in a row staying at the Radisson Red, if I ever get back to Liverpool, I will definitely choose the red again.

The breakfast was okay, shame it was cold from the time it was taken from the hot plates to the table. The brick work and pictures in our room 426 were a bit unstable to the extent that the picture on the wall opposite the bed fell off and brought some bits of the wall with it causing some issues

Hotel room was nice with good facilities in room. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only let down was that I don’t believe there were enough staff for the breakfast service, I had to ask for plates, cups, bread. It took a while for tables to be cleared leading to delays to get into the restaurant.

The room was very clean and the service was very professional. The breakfast was almost cold. Very disappointing. Didn't sleep well due to the pillows Just an idea: maybe a tv downstairs, more comfortable chairs to relax on also downstairs.

The hotel is in an excellent location next door to the Lime Street Railroad Station and across the street from St George's Hall. Shops and Restaurants are easy walking distance. The hotel is a beautifully restored historic hotel with modern comfortable rooms. Best were comfortable and nice shower with strong water pressure. They have a nice bar and restaurant called Stoke and we took advantage of including breakfast. All the staff we encountered were personable and friendly. Only negative is that being close to the station there are a lot of homeless and individuals with addiction that can be a bit aggressive panhandling. We would certainly consider staying here again next time we visit the city.

Perfect stay with girlfriends for a 50th birthday weekend trip. Hadn't realised when booking just how convenient it was... right by the train station and theatre! Staff were really helpful. Great breakfast. Rooms were clean and we'll equipped. Will definitely stay again :)

Perfect location for a visit to Liverpool. Right next to the train station. The hotel is in a historic building so not super accessible. The breakfast was excellent and well worth booking to include it. Walkable to most anywhere in the city center. Staff were friendly and helpful as all scousers seem to be.

Need a mirror over the desk/dressing table area. Bar should be open from at least noon onwards…1pm is too late!
