Breakfast was great but the room wasnt the best unfortunately, disappointed the double bed was two single beds that were zipped together, only the zip didnt work and therefore bed kept shifting apart and ended up falling though the gap between the bed. One mattress also needed replacing the springs were none existent and dipped in the middle. Unfortunately a terrible night sleep, but this maybe one room out of hundreds and I was just unlucky to get it.

You get what you pay for in the Ropewalks. Budget friendly, close to the nightlife action, shopping and docks. it does what it says on the tin. The only downside is the noise from the bars and clubs. But it does go away. Also floor 3 smelt a bit of weed. On the upside the beds are comfy and the and the staff are happy.

What makes this hotel is the staff from front desk to those dealing with the rooms. Everyone was professional courteous & very helpful. Spotlessly clean. For me the location is ideal. I will be back.
