Good sized room with comfortable bed that is in the heart of the city with easy access to nightlife and L1. However room was like a sauna with only a small fan to cool the room which was insufficient. This caused a broken nights sleep as it was impossible to get comfortable. Also bin in the bathroom was not cleaned after last guest which creates questions on cleanliness. Could not get the wifi to work or use smart TV features.

Lovely big room with very comfy bed. Great location and friendly helpful staff. And the drinks voucher was a nice touch! The only slight negative was that the room was a bit dark, some of the lightbulbs needed to be replaced, and an extra light in the bathroom would be helpful. Otherwise perfect!

Staff are friendly, rooms are clean with comfy beds and breakfast is cooked to order, this hotel is near everything just go out the door across the road up the little lane and you’re in concert square and a Wetherspoon right there for food too, carry on further and you get to bold street and shopping area. If you want Liverpool one bus area or docks take a left then left again and go down to hanover st another left and your practically there. All in all a great hotel. It is now our go to place to stay on Liverpool. The only downside: I wouldn’t ask in the hotel for evening food as they let you out back to a rubbish place so go spoons instead

The rooms were clean, the bed was really comfy, the staff were wonderful! We had a pleasant stay the only downside being there was no air conditioning. We got given a fan but that just circulated warm air around the room. You do have a patio door which can open a jar slightly to let air in but it has a safety lock on it so that didn’t do much. Would stay here again but not in the summer time or during a heatwave.
