What Guests Say About Their Stay

Tyler

The staff were some of the nicest people I’ve ever come across in any hotel I’ve been to. They were extremely helpful when I lost my phone in the uber getting to the hotel and immediately did everything they could to help me retrieve the lost phone. I got it back just after an hour and it was surely gone if it wasn’t for them.

Great place to stay, near several tube stops and wonderful places to eat that were not expensive. I did not miss having a bathroom in the room as there were 3 within a few steps. Staff were helpful when I thought I had misplaced an item.

It’s was a great stay for 3 of us. It was a great location in an old building (actually reminded us of a tenement from NYC) The shared bathroom/showers were actually quite convenient as we could all use separate facilities at the same time. The room on the first floor was a bit warm and a bit loud until midnight but would not say it affected our stay. Would recommend.

My family and I went to stay here at this hotel and overall would not recommend at all. The carpet smells horrible, absolutely NO toilet inside your hotel room. You have to uncomfortably walk out the hall and walk out down the stairs just to access it. There is also no ac, it’s very loud and busy street right next to it. If you want to talk with them to compromise and get help don’t even bother because they just go back and forth with others that won’t solve your issues. Overall do not come here.

Boys weekend for the Rugby Challenge Cup final. Four of us sharing room 17. We needed somewhere cheap and close to Euston. Staff were friendly, room, bedding and shared bathroom clean, location excellent. Would happily stay here again. Only downside was the room was very hot at night.

Nice small hotel for a short stay. You simply get what you pay for - basic, nothing fancy but overall good. Staff were polite and our en-suite room was nice and clean. Bonus for 24/7 reception and the luggage storage option.

A surprisingly comfortable hotel for a budget price. Ideal for a stopover. It's basic but well kept, with a great shower. Hairdryer on request. It's central London so expect the street to be noisy. Lots of good eating place nearby. Pizza Sophia is recommended.

Good strategic location near British museum and tube lines but far enough away from the main attractions that things like this hotel and restaurants are reasonably priced. It is a typical small older hotel with minimal amenities but I don't hold that against them

I got exactly what I was looking for. I wasn’t trying to splurge and spend my entire travel budget on the hotel. So I opened for this hotel. That being said, I didn’t mind the shared bathroom. Wasn’t something that I’m used to, but it didn’t bother me. There weren’t any washing amenities or breakfast, but there is a laundromat nearby. It’s conveniently located next to a few cafes. The hotel is nearby Kings Cross and St Pancras station and Russel square Piccadilly line so it’s easy to get around. A lot of great food options nearby and it’s close to the British National Museum
