Well designed, comfortable modern room with view of the Thames. Use of secure car park just next to the hotel. Ideally located for stay after visit to RHS Wisley. Great access to London by train. Excellent bar and super menu with something for all in the restaurant… All in all when topped up by super staff this is a great little hotel and deserves its burgeoning reputation! Hope to get down from Yorkshire again sometime and will definitely look to stay again!

Great location with a lovely walk along the The Thames to Shepperton. Good reasonably priced meal in the evening. Staff very friendly. Only downside our room was cold but was sorted.

Clean rooms, welcoming staff.
Had an ongoing issue with electric room key, that required me to swipe it numerous times before it worked. Required a few visits to reception to get a new card. Due to annoyance of this I gave 4 stars. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Could not get through by telephone to hotel staff nobody called me back !! had an accident on way to hotel from Birmingham so tried to cancel or even get refunded but no comunication from hotel when attepting to do.so ...dissappinted on a positive not no personal injuries ..regards colin wynn

Hotel is attached the the pub/restaurant which is great, great comfy rooms, good shower, good breakfast etc all what you would expect at this price point.
Just a couple of service niggles, as we where left waiting for check-in for some 15 mins and then drinking in the bar after dinner they stopped serving at 10:30 with no warning, no bell, just 'we have shut up the bar' so we cant serve you.
