Very helpful polite staff and room comfortable and clean. This hotel is very safety concious in that they dont put room number on your key so that if it gets into the wrong hands nobody can access your room and steal your things. They also very thoughtfully notify you if you leave belongings behind on checkout. This hotel cares for its guests and i can recommend also walking distance to Euston station

The receptionist was excellent, really helpful. Location perfect for my visit. Very clean room and a superb comprehensive breakfast. Highly recommend for the price.

The staff at the Wesley could not have been more accommodating. After being caught up in the train disruption due to the awful events that happened the staff could not do more to help and provided a staff and comfortable place to stay for the evening.

On the whole the Wesley is an incredibly underwhelming hotel. 4 stars just isn't realistic the room is incredibly basic with no bedside tables, lack of storage space and no fridge in the room. The bathroom was tiny and not expected for the package offered. Overall for a basic hotel its fine to sleep but not somewhere to relax for a few days in the city.

Staff were fairly helpful assisting with digital check in. The room was clean and tidy and a decent sized comfortable bed. The only issue was the heat in the room which had no a/c and we couldn’t open the window. This made for less comfortable sleep and by morning condensation had built up on the window.

Staff were nice, breakfast good, quiet and clean, but what was advertised as a standard double was astonishingly tiny (bed mainly, but room was tight too) which definitely affected sleep for two not-tiny humans.

Greated with just pointing to the self check in machines, no welcome or hello. Hotel itself is very tired and dated. Corridors smelled of stale vomit. Room was very basic, our room had no windows that we could see out of or open and the air con didn't work so slept in a hot and stuffy 25° room. Very annoying green ceiling light meant a difficult nights sleep as no way to turn this off. Only positive is it's close proximity to Euston state. 2/10 would not recommend.

By far THE WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in, & have stayed in 300 or so in N America, UK & Europe. Safe doesn’t lock, backed-up plumbing (already like that when I arrived) even after their plumber ‘fixed it,’ WiFi off & on (& think hack was attempted), elevator button didn’t work so elevator didn’t come, at bedside had to unplug lamp to charge phone, low water pressure in shower couldn’t get soap out of my hair-worst of all staff made it clear THEY DO NOT CARE! Don’t bother to call front desk cuz they don’t answer! I had broken foot & when asked what to do for toilet issue I was told to go from my 3rd floor room to lobby then up a flight of stairs. If u don’t drink tea or coffee good luck, I bought a soda elsewhere but had to wait 15 minutes in their ‘cafe’ for to-go cup 1/2 full of ice, also needed ice for swelling in foot (join us in 21st century & provide ice). Were even more problems. Chose it for location by Euston but access is blocked & staff thought me & my broken foot should walk alone at nite thru deserted maze thru construction zone. (I’m female & in my 60’s). Did I mention THEY DO NOT CARE? They were given chances to address all these issues but couldn’t b bothered cuz THEY DON’T CARE! Why their rating is ‘good’ is a mystery! One final thing: THEY DO NOT CARE!!! FYI: I have videos of every 1 of these problems…but of course they don’t care.
