Thorpe Park Hotel and Spa

This was such a wonderful stay. The staff were most welcoming and accommodating. Absolutely loved the room and the entire visit. Cannot recommend enough!

Dont like the fact they charge extra for gym and parking withiut making it clear at the point of booking. If you are paying over £100 per night specifically.for a hotel with a gym, you dont expect the staff to slap and extra £15 on the bill to use it!! There are many options in the area which me and my colleagues will use instead.

Overall comfortable, Breakfast was good, Spa was ok , the jacuzzi was out of order. The food & drinks were not great in the restaurant. should shandy be fizzy? Mine was flat , when I pointed it out and it was taken away I was told bitter is flat! The bitter Also looked more like larger in colour pale, I was charged for the one taken away. Coffee machine didn’t work, got a replacement quickly, The room was comfortable, The spa treatment amazing. I would go again but not eat in the restaurant.

Stayed at this hotel before. Hotel is nice, staff is friendly and helpful. Spa is great. What I'm disappointed at is even though I was able to get better offer through hotels.com, at the end I paid more. As if you book directly with hotel, you get free parking and free spa entry included in room rate. Booking through hotels.com, you have to pay for both on top of room rate. Also, hotels.com guest get the room with not the best view and location.

Great hotel and very nice. However I wasn’t aware when booking that use of the gym and spa facilities would be an extra £15 along with £12 for 24 hours parking. That’s the only thing for me that let it down. Other than that, great stay.

Great hotel, spa and swimming pool facilities were good and the dining options were decent- breakfast was 10/10 Staff were very helpful and friendly

Dont know where to start! There was a feeling of u safe in the property from when i parked my car in the car park to when I entered my room. If not that i was tired and arrived at night, id have left for another place. Staff were not welcoming at all and spoke as though not interested in their job. I ordered dinner to my room and it came uncovered having travelled a far distance from the restaurant area where i ordered it from- how grim!!!the plates looked old, uninviting and dead. The room was tattered, with mouldy and rusty walls. The moment i stepped into the bath for a shower, the curtains and rods fell. Everywhere looked irritating with a rusty sink which i couldn't brush om And there was a foul smell in the room that made me feel sick. Bathroom had a sticker that says slipper bath and they did nothing such as provide a math to protect you! The room door had a sticker which said lock your door which told me that i easnt safe- i prayed to God for protection that night and come morning, i said a prayer of thanksgivung and ran out skipping breakfast, ofcourse!

payed for a 1 night stay in a premium room that was not cleaned properly and the buffet breakfast was a shambles i queued for 15 mins for a hot breakfast when i prebooked a time for the breakfast only to be told on arrival at the hotplate that i needed to preorder my poached eggs at the table. There was not notice of this and the breakfast staff service was shocking

Lovely weekend stay here again, as always Andy on the night shift was extremely welcoming and always has a smile on his face no matter how late it is. Lovely clean hotel.

Me and my daughter stayed and we loved it. The children’s spa dressing gown & slippers with activity colouring set was a lovely touch for my daughter. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant staff. The spa is great for families and accommodating for children. It was perfect we had an amazing night so thank you again for the amazing service!

Me and my fiancé had a fantastic time at the hotel for a get away. The staff and facilities the food the rooms everything was absolutely amazing. we will definitely be staying agen some time in the future thankyou for our stay and see you agen soon.

Really lovely spa hotel, staff were very friendly especially Andy who checked us in and was always there every evening/night with the most welcoming smile and service.

Super hot

Called in advanced for a cot to be in the room. Confirmed again at check-in. No cot was in the room and we had to call 3 times for a cot. £12 Charge for parking
