Overall, It’s a great place! The rooms are well maintained but the carpet looks a bit old and not very attractive to the eye. However, it still looks very clean and without any smell. The breakfast is wonderful. I have found everything so tasty. The lobby area is so cozy to sit for long. The spa service is great. Staff in the spa area look so committed to maintain its quality. I have enjoyed the steam but I would rather have small bulb in the room. I didn’t find it very comfortable to sit in the dark with only small light from outside.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sapphire Addis. The location is perfect—very close to the airport and within easy reach of the city's main attractions and business hubs. The service was the highlight of my stay; the staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, modern, and kept impeccably clean. I also highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of both local and international options. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this is a top-tier choice in Addis Ababa!
