The Sapphire Addis Hotel in Bole is a consistently excellent choice, particularly valued for its proximity to the airport and locations like Edna Mall. I stayed at the hotel for two days and I greatly appreciated the clean, spacious rooms. The staff are efficient, friendly and very accommodating The gym is well maintained, clean and has all the essential equipments. It also comes with amenities such as the Watermelon Spa. The breakfast is generous and offers both local and international varieties. A minor inconvenience, the street outside of the hotel is under renovation at the moment, even though it’s expected to be completed very soon. In general the hotel offers very reliable comfort and value and I highly recommend it for both business and leisure visits to Addis Ababa.

Great place to stay

I had to leave the room without staying the night because of their terrible service and lack of internet. I booked the room specifically to work, only to find out there was no internet and their support was unhelpful. I requested a refund since I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I’m still waiting for a response. Never again!

Everyone was so amazing very helpful very kind and the guest relations supervisor was extremely knowledgeable she recommended me some nice places to go and see throughout the city some food or restaurants to try. She was so amazing that staff there is so amazing if you in Ethiopia, you must stay there.

I enjoyed my stay at Sapphire and the service was amazing. Melat at the front desk was accommodating and helpful with any questions I had. This was my second time staying there and I plan on staying there in the future.
