we booked last minute and everything went perfectly! everyone was super kind, and the. breakfast was great. The only downside was no elevator, which normally isn’t an issue but my partner had an injured shoulder so carrying his heavy bags up the stairs wasn’t too fun.

The standard of the room vs the cost does not add up. The room does not have options of 2 single beds in the room. No wardrobe or cupboard to store away clothes. Very limited mirror esp in a family room(with only 2 double beds).Mirrors is placed in the bathroom, where it is a nightmare for 4 people to dress up at the same time. Hotel is too costly for its standard.

The staff at reception especially afternoon shift were lovely . I brought in laundry at 9pm and it got done by 11pm. With short notice they were so accommodating and very friendly. Will always book at Novotel Lami when in the Suva area.

Overall it was nice. The view and scenery were very beautiful. My room was clean and well-organized. The staff members were friendly and respectful, despite being a bit too laid-back. I am dissatisfied with only one thing and it is bed bugs. luckily they managed to move me to a new room after i spotted & killed two. but i already got bitten by them and have been suffering the itchness since I got home.. At least they didn't hop on my clothes or luggage.
