The hotel is a beautiful property and the rooms are very comfortable and beautiful to look at. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They always went out of their way to help me if I had a question or was trying to find some information.L construction on this property, but ends around 6 PM and does not start up again until around 7 to 8 AM. I did find it to be a major inconvenience.

Overall hotel was clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, property was under construction which made it noisy and changed the ambience of our stay. Great hotel besides the problem of the construction.

Property was nice. Located in a great area in the middle of the city, walking distance to anything you could need or want to do. Main train station is a short walk, just don't want to be dragging too much luggage.
The one negative was the amount of construction going on near the hotel's entrance, but that is not something the hotel can fix. Not a deal breaker, just less than ideal.
Staff was friendly and on top of every need and request.
Would stay here again.

Hotel Kämp is first class in every respect from the welcome at the front desk to the late check out offered without extra cost. The Brasserie served delicious dinners and the bar was humming!

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary! Stayed in a park view suite - beautiful furnishings and view, large bathroom, good closet space and so quiet. We had a great lunch in the restaurant and drinks at the bar - it’s a lovely space. The staff were warm and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect for walking around Helsinki. If you need to travel by car, there is a taxi stand right outside. No complaints - would definitely stay here again!

The guy who brought our luggage's was super nice. Before he left we found out that our tv didn't work. He went downstairs and came back with new room key and moved us to there...and it was upgraded room....what a great service and great guy, can't remember his name. You should give him a bonus....Kamp has been always our first choice when staying in Helsinki.
