Very nice hotel. Convenient airport shuttle. Comfortable room. Beautiful sauna. Only complaint is that the gym is dark and dingy with inferior workout equipment (treadmill was small and not very heavy duty).

Hotel was nice and clean. Check-in was smooth. One of the front desk ladies was a little crass but all the other staff was lovely. Sauna opened late in the day after check out time and jacuzzi needed a reservation so those were both bummers. Shuttle does not run in middle of the day.

There weren’t enough towels and we had to request room cleaning. But overall it was nice, quiet and we found it close enough to the Jumbo mall for anything and everything we needed.

My whole stay was overshadowed by a confrontation first with Room Service & then the Supervisor who were unapologetic & accusatory over the hotel’s poor processes in ensuring credit cards details of guests are on file how extra charges. So Room Service insisted I had to dress & come to reception to pay for the room service I’d ordered. When I refused, due to their poor. & accusatory attitude a long argument ensued basically leaving me to have to make all the concessions. VERY UGLY .

Room is smelly and dirty. I had to wait 25 minutes more than the scheduled airport pick up time. Reception is unprofessional--included breakfast was good.

The extended breakfast hours proved useful and the variety of foods, exceptional. Several times I asked the front desk for information. Even though I know the ladies has other things to do, they were infinitely patient and knowledgeable.

Perfect place for a night or two. Good breakfast buffet and the restaurant for dinner. Room is clean, spacious shower cabin, modest toiletries.

Great option if you need somewhere affordable and close to the airport. Good breakfast and restaurant for dinner. We didn’t want to wait for the shuttle when we arrived and the taxi was only 12 euro. Took the shuttle back and it was quick and easy. Clean, friendly staff. Was a great experience after we’d been flying for 13 hours!

Room was not clean. Shower had a big hair ball that house cleaning missed cleaning. Furthermore, there was a lot of hair on the sheets of the bed. House keeping eventually came to redo the bed with fresh linen. Would not expect this type of uncleanliness from a 4 star hotel.
