I chose this hotel as I needed to be close to St Lazare Train Station for my trip out of Paris . It was a perfect location. Within 100m of the hotel is a gorgeous cafe, little supermarket and the Metro Station (Leige). Plus there was also a magnificent Indian restaurant. I know that being in Paris I should be eating typical French food, but I couldn’t help myself one night with the yummy Indian. The rooms are of course small and typical of a 3 star Paris hotel (I see so many people complain about this in past reviews) . But as long as you already know what to expect size wise, then this is a great hotel. It’s very clean, been renovated and the staff are just lovely. If I ever need to stay in this part of Paris again, I would definitely return to this hotel .

This is a difficult review to write... Firstly, the staff were amazing! They knew my name and were incredibly friendly, always greeting the other guests. Probably the best staff I have encountered in a hotel, especially in Paris. The rooms were okay, probably not quite as good as the images made out and they were very noisy - you could hear every noise from other rooms, the corridor etc. My biggest issue was, and it came after a 100km cycle ride when I was tired, the key to my room would not work. Whilst the staff tried to help, the key would just not open the door and their solution was that I sleep on the sofa in another hotel's reception. Really?! This place is not cheap (maybe cheaper by Paris standards) but to pay for a hotel room and sleep in reception is not really what I was hoping for. Eventually, Regis was extremely helpful and managed to force the lock open which I was thankful for but this took over two hours and I finally got in at almost 2am! I cannot fault the hotel, let me stress that, but I cannot help look back negatively at the key situation.

Such a good location really close to lots of metro stations and about a 15 walk to the Sacre Coeur. We got the twin room with the balcony on the 5th floor so it was a very pretty room. I asked before hand for the balcony so I was very happy when we got it. The room is small but we didn't spend much time there so was perfect for the long weekend.

Very friendly staff and the hotel location is very strategic (100m from a metro station and walking distance away from a lot of attractions) but the rooms (especially the bathrooms) are very small.

The concierge staff was kind and helpful. The property itself was a bit dated in terms of upkeep. The bathroom walls had paint chipping and had strange smells from outside the building coming in. There was NO laundry room nor service so that was a big mislead as I was hoping to rely on it.

Fantastic people for a fantastic hotel. Will definitely return.

The photos fool you into thinking the rooms are bigger than they really are. The shower is so narrow you can’t bend done to even grab your soap if it falls. The aesthetics of the place is beautiful and there’s a really great breakfast place around the corner called Loyal. I just don’t think I would stay here again.

Good location, close to metro and walking distance to some attractions. Staff was friendly. Room was very small. It was a very tight squeeze to get out of the shower (the shower door would hit the toilet when it was opened). There was no where to put the soap or toiletries in the shower, so they had to be placed on the shower floor. There was no closet, and there were only a few hooks to hang clothes from, and only 1 hanger. Truly meant you had to live out of the suitcase.

Location was fantastic. Front desk was helpful. REALLY recommend booking an airport shuttle service through them

Excellent front desk service and location. Metro at the end of the block (across from a wonderful patisserie) and a small grocery store at the other end (recommend the Italian restaurant nearby). Train station is about 10-15 min walk and connects you to the RER stations for Disneyland and Versailles. Also within walking distance to the shopping on Haussman street. Our room had a mini fridge and a safe which was wonderful. The little deck overlooking the city was bonus as well as the twin beds that you can pull apart. Very few affordable options like this in the city! Trust us, we looked. A typically small room within the city but with ample storage and kept clean. New towels everyday and beds made.

Good location near St. Lazare Station and metro stations. Very clean and modern. Good shower. Breakfast good. Small dining area but the lady on duty worked hard to clear tables for the next person to use.

Rooms are small typical Parisian rooms however well appointed.

When in Paris for two days you don't need more than this place. Bathroom was tiny but it was no problem. The metro is across the street so it was easy to get around

Rooms are really small but it’s good for stay if you are particularly Roaming all day. Location is good, close to the metro station liege and quick to get across most tourist attractions

Easy to get to the red bus stop. Local to a city centre. Fridge did not work however and the room appeared smaller than the pictures but comfy stay.
