B&B HOTEL Arras

Was very convenient for our needs parking was good, we had breakfast there a couple of morning and it was

overnight hotel on the way to Disneyland. 24x7 checkin and onsite parking.

No frills, clean, perfect accommodation for one night stay while travelling. Decent breakfast too.

The room is small but very good value for money. Breakfast was also excellent for the amount paid.

The staff were great and it’s a convenient hotel. The floor in the room hadn’t been cleaned at all though.

Convenient hotel. Really modern with a lift which was working. Air conditioning worked well and the shower was efficient.

Very good experience of the hotel. The staff were very helpful. There's plenty of dining options nearby and there's a supermarket/shopping center across the road which can accommodate a number of differing needs.

Room warm otherwise very good. Breakfast the bread was not fresh, stale rubbery, let the French bread down. Limited choice compared to other hotels we stayed in

Great European hotel “small room” but very quiet and easy to access the city and countryside at a great price.

Perfect location for our needs

Très bel hôtel et bien situé avec pleins de choix de restaurants au proche. Le fumage dans les entrées est malheureusement très présent et désagréable . L'odeur ne ment pas! Notre chambre donnait sur le stationnement directement au dessus de l’entrée et l’odeur entrait par notre fenetre ouverte car il faisait très chaud dans la chambre la clim etant inefficace.

You get what you pay for with this room. Having said that we selected this room because of the price so shouldn’t complain. Check in was fully automated (keypad inside left of door) and was not to difficult. The room was very small but was able to fit our family. The room was fairly clean but there are no amenities (kettle, tea, microwave). Bathroom was fine and there were lots of towels. There is a lovely bakery and grocery store nearby and parking was easy.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Room was small for four people but so efficiently organized, we managed well. Beds were very comfortable. Room and hotel are very clean. I would go back if I was in Arras again.

We were arriving late and i was sent the codes for our room. That was fine but on arrival i couldn’t get in through the gate with my vehicle. So i went to look for help and the security guard was a very grumpy and reluctant to help me. He finally agreed to open the carpark gate for me and he walked the speed of a snail. Once in, i typed the codes in and paid the remaining balance and off to the room! The rooms where clean but absolutely freezing, i put the heating onto maximum and it run for about 3 minutes, no heat tho! It was so freezing in the room even the toilet seat was like sitting on a block of ice or one a public one thats in an out door block. After the first use i was desperately trying not to use it again because it was so cold. Even my daughter was cold and she is always boiling, she even asked for a cuddle to warm up! Its was freezing in there! The bed made a banging noise when we moved as if the legs were uneven and i tried to put things under the legs to help stop it and it was so annoying and i bet downstairs was annoyed too. I think if i wasn’t so exhausted after a day in Disneyland and then the 2 hour drive to here, i would have jumped i back in my van and found somewhere else! Sat nav took us to the hotel via an extra toll booth, so again an extra payment, magical mystery tour around what seemed like an industrial estate! Roundabout after roundabout, I thought it was going to be just off the motorway but it wasn’t.

The entry was poorly signed and therefore went around the traffic circle 3 times and down street looking for an alternate entrance.
