Was fine for an overnight stay however there was no AC so very warm in the room. We opened the window but there was a lot of noise from the busy road

Decent hotel on the outskirts of Laval. Parking on site. Good breakfast.

The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t working and the room was unbearable hot. Breakfast was reasonable.

Arriving midnight but sent a code automatically by reservations, still worried about entry so emailed but no reply. Different code when telephoned. When arrived check in machine outside broken or just not switched on. Had to ask a man outside the door having a smoke who somehow used the keypad outside the door to speak to someone who told us where the room key was hidden inside. We would never have found this and would have had to sleep in the car. The kind man let us in with his key and we found our own key. Room smelt badly of urine and the air conditioning was broken.

I was there for an event at the stadium and this was very well positioned, Also a short 10 minute walk to the city centre so this was ideal. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. The only thing I would recommend is improving the sign on feature when the staff are not present but apart from that small detail highly recommended.

Overnight stay prior to getting to ferry port. Fine for a basic hotel. It was clean. Breakfast was very basic- not sure it’s worth the extra.

This is a very no-frills hotel, just a good, quiet place to sleep. Breakfast buffet was perfectly fine, though despite Expedia listing it as a free breakfast we were told by the hotel that it wasn't included with 3rd party bookings and cost us extra (we were also charged an additional fee for something I can't remember now, like a local occupancy tax maybe?). Not sure if this was a COVID protocol or if we needed to ask for soap at the desk, but neither of our two rooms had any kind of soap in the bathrooms, which seemed unsanitary.

I had a great time here for a good price.

There was no soap in the bathroom and the bathroom door handle was falling off. Otherwise it was what I expected and it was fine for what I wanted

this is out 3rd stay at this hotel & we find it excellent. Rooms are clean, fresh & comfortable, only advice would be take your own pillow if possible they are small & only one each. Nice touch this time housekeeping came to check if we were happy in our room :) will bw back again no doubt ,,

This is a No Frills, Budget hotel. Positives: 1. The room was clean and functional. 2. The bed was firm but very comfortable and supportive new memory foam mattress. 3. Coffee from front desk is 80 euro cents a cup for a decent coffee - this is UNBELIEVABLY cheap for europe where the usual hotel cup is about 4 euros! Cons: 1. AC was not on - this is not always uncommon in Europe especially during cool weather (I booked 5 rooms for Band & Crew her in late March during a music tour). It was about 45 degrees Fahrenheit outside but the room was warm and stuffy and opening the window let in sound from the very noisy roadway just adjacent to the front of the hotel- nether option helpful for a good night's sleep. So if you want to open a window I suggest booking a room facing the shopping mall at the backside of this hotel. 2. Automated Check In Procedure: ther quirk to this property is the after 9pm automated check in procedure. There is NO front desk service after 9pm so you must check in via a ATM-like terminal outside the hotel gate. You must check in and pay each room separately by last name. With 5 rooms that was a tedious and cold procedure in 38 degree fahrenheit weather! If you got a room you did not like (for example a room smelling of smoke or some other problem) you would be stuck with it with no front desk attendant. FINAL CONCLUSION: good for a quick, cheap overnight especially if you check in before 9pm.

Spacious, clean family room with large double bed and two single beds. Road is busy and noisy and entrance to hotel not signposted from road. No kettle in room. Nearby supermarket expensive and 'specialist'. Ate in nearby brasserie, pretty expensive and specialist too - some meals are served uncooked, so check your menu translation!
