It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in.

It was so basic, bed shower one towel each and a hand towel to share. Here was no kettle apparently you can use a microwave if you asked but we needed another night and chose to stay elsewhere which was 1.5 times the cost.

Very basic room, code that you need to get around often wasn't accepted so there were regularily people stuck trying to get in. We booked for Three (2 Adults and a child) but the double bed was very small and uncomfortable - Recommend only for a quick stop over as any longer in the room would be very uncomfortable One point - if you need to get your car out at night you have to exit the car park on foot and enter your code on the post outside to open the gate, this wasn't sign posted so took a second to work out.

This hotel was not near anything. It was very far from the port. There is no Uber in town and very few cabs. I had Tom call 12 different cab companies from the train station becore I found one that was available. We did not leave the hotel to go into town because we were afraid that we would get stuck with no cab to get back. The only restaurant within walking distance were McDonalds, KFC and a restaurant that was overpriced and not great. The staff did not seem that interested in helping us when we needed help getting somewhere outside of the hotel or when we needed to get a cab. I would not stay there again mostly because of the locations.

The hotel was just OK if you absolutely need a place to spend the night. There is no one to check you in - totally automated - so you better have your registration conformation code or you will not be able to get onto the premises because of security gate. The check-in into the hotel is also automated. Very weird. If not for the security guard, I would not have been able to get onto property. The property is more of a truck stop motel.

Motel standard, very basic room, reception not manned which made check in initially awkward. Room check in was 12:00 but the room had not been cleaned or changed after the previous occupant. We managed to find the cleaner who changed the room quickly. Probably a bit expensive for the standard given.
