The linen was definitely not crisp and fresh. Looked like someone was on it and just made up real quick to cater to us. Tiny pillows. Tiny shower that’s significantly raised. So u climbing into the small shower which has 2 sliding doors that meet in the middle. Weird. The noise was very loud. Elevator was unswept. Leaves were in there. Air conditioning did not work or we just did not know how to operate it as every writing was in French. It looked broken. So we had to open windows to get some cool air.

The doors and parking gate were locked. No one would let us in. We ended up taking the cab back to the airport (95 Eiros) and sat ALL NIGHT.

I have not been able to enter in the hotel. Despite the fact that I alled earlier to tell them that I was going to arrive at 10pm, all gates were closed and I had to sleep at another hotel. No on from the hotel was available.

Went to check in and was told there would be an addition "tax" charge.....that was a surprise

Breakfast was good and had variety. Staff was nice and helpful. Room is small and AC would turn off in the night. Area seems run down, and there were tons of mosquitoes. Expedia advertised room as a double and a twin, not a bunk bed. Hotel does not have any triple rooms that are not bunk beds; they are bunk or crib mattresses.

No clear instructions how to check in if arrive late

Reasonably priced, close to the airport for next day early flights

We picked it because it was close to the airport and it had AC. I actually canceled a vacation rental that didn't have AC to stay there. The AC didn't work. We got there and the room was an non-smoking, but smelled like smoke. The white towels were brownish. There were also lots of mosquitos and red bugs smashed on the walls in the room. Really disappointed.

I received an email the day before we arrived saying if we were arriving after hours we had to phone in and get the gate access code. So we phoned, firstly it was very hard to reach anyone by phone and second when someone answered finally they said we didn’t need a gate access code because there was someone there 24/7. Fine we ubered there at 11:30 pm and the gate was locked to access the property and the machine to dial some number was broken. We were about to go back to the airport to sleep there overnight for our early morning flight when some customer staying at the hotel was leaving to go to McDonald’s across the street so we basically snuck in. There are two buildings and there was a staff member manning the service desk in one of them so she did give us our room key. Terribly inconvenient checkin experience. The room was clean so I was happy for that. Just very unwelcoming for checking and lack of good communication. Access codes for the gate should be emailed out to customers who say they are checking in late. Honestly we would have gone back to the airport had not the one guy been doing a run to McDonald’s. Would not recommend and will not personally stay here again.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It is located near the airport and has many restaurant options within walking distance.
