Nice hotel a few miles off the motorway. Clean rooms with 4 separate beds and secure car park with plenty of spaces. KFC 2 minutes walk away and I notice they are building an Aldi next door. Would definitely stay here again if we need a hotel in this area. Good value for money. Thank you. 😊

Stayed for one night travelling from Calais to Nice. Great quad room. The kids liked being in the elevated part of the room. Friendly reception staff greeted us. Nice and clean and much needed air conditioning. Very quiet too. Oh, and a nice boulangerie down the road.

Good clean room for a reasonable price. Kfc opposite hotel but Troyes is a 15 minute drive to the centre. Leclerc express and petrol station nearby. Easily reached from the motorway.

Very bad. We arrived late at night and the code did not work! We struggled to checkin and wasted more than 30mins to try to connect with the hotel. Hotels.com tried to help and couldn’t get help as well. At the end, we could talk to some guy that kept speaking french.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times en-route to the Alps for skiing. Every time we arrive around midnight and always have problems with the automated reception ATM. The problem is hotels.com DO NOT give the B&B reservation code you need to access your reservation with the ATM...so you are forced to call their helpline in the middle of the night. Hotels.com only provide their own itinerary code which is invalid. So, if you know you are arriving late, contact the property in advance and requestion the B&B RESERVATION code....you'll thank me for this info! Unfortunately they cannot give you the access code to your room directly until you pay your 1.40 Euro tax. Otherwise, this hotel is very convenient for us for an overnight stopover. The family rooms with mezzanine are excellent, showers hot and rooms are clean. There's a boulangerie, petrol and a supermarket all close by.

Average room bit noisy , but clean. We stayed one night chose this chain as pet friendly we was travelling from Spain to calais .We prepaid for breakfast. We had a small well behaved timid dog with us who wasn't allowed in reception or the small area where you got breakfast. It was awkward and uncomfortable i insisted on a refund for breakfast and the young lad wouldn't give a refund to start with and told me i had to contact hotels. Com. Eventually after contacting a supervisor i was given a cash refund for our breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this chain as it wasn't acceptable to advertise as pet friendly then exclude them .

Room smells maybe from the carpet or the pipes from the toilet and the room needs dusting and hoovering.I know its a budget hotel but cleanliness should be good. We appreciate the daily towel and sheets changed. Air conditioning is not enough in the family room.

We hadn't used these properties before this stay but liked the look of the family rooms with a mezzanine level for the kids. The rooms are well thought out and have all you need for a night's stay and a budget price. The property had an out of hours touch in check in system which gives you the door access code and wifi codes. On the down side the rooms are tight, they are big enough for what you need but they are not opulent. Also to accommodate the mezzanine level above the bathroom the distance from the shower tray to the shower head is probably around 160 cm which means taller residents will have to take the head out of its clamp to wash their hair. HOWEVER, this is a budget hotel done well. We would use again.

Easy to check in late. All automatic so that took the pressure off arriving late. Room was too warm, ac didn’t really work and it was too noisy to open window. Breakfast was good.

The aircon in our room could not be altered by either us or the staff. It was full on all night and we could not sleep. They had no other room for us. The receptionist tried her best. We asked for one extra pillow and was told there was not one available. We insisted on our money back which we got eventually after a long fight.
