Good hotel for a short break. No shops restaurants near. Close to Railway , metro etc so convenient for going into the city.
.The room was fine, clean comfy and warm with good bathroom.
Breakfast a bit overpriced at 15 euros.

The Internet connexion wasnt working and also the staff knew about the problem they didnt bather so much to fixe it
And if you would not put down the toilette sit the room became smelly ( discusting toilette smell)

Good location to get into Lille centre easily. However, extremely dated facility, particularly the bedrooms. Small beds, damp patches, hooks hanging off walls. Perfect for a lads weekend, would not recommend for families or couples - not unless you want a divorce 😀

When I arrived I asked what time the advertised restaurant opened to be told it wasn't open. I booked this hotel for the restaurant so I didn't have to go looking around an unknown City for somewhere to eat. I did look around but couldn't find anywhere with parking so had to settle for a burger meal !!! Also at breakfast there was nothing in the heated section and the workers were sat drinking coffee uninterested. NOT recommended.

The rooms were satisfactory, comfortable and clean. They were in a separate block from the reception and dining facilities.
The dining service in the evening we were there was slow; there seemed to be a lack of staff. Limited menu for evening meals. There was a wide range of food at breakfast but the hot food was not kept adequately supplied.
All in all, satisfactory.

Good value for money, convenient location next to the motorway, secure locked car park. We arrived late and the reception was closed but the security guard was very helpful and got us to the room.
