Very updated and comfortable. Nice bed, bathroom, and mini kitchen.
Buffet was not great but it’s nice to have. Staff were nice especially Ferhat and Celian.
Housekeeping a no show but did manage to get fresh towels. Will be looking for other Citadine properties in the future.

The staff was incredible. We got to the property and realized we had accidentally booked for next year and didn’t have a reservation oops and the person at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. She got us a great room right away and was extremely kind. It would’ve been such a stressful situation had it not been for the amazing hospitality from the Citadine staff. We loved our stay there as the room was in the perfect location and extremely spacious, clean and newly renovated. We stayed during a major heat wave and were very grateful for the air conditioning in the room. Proximity to the main train station was a major plus so we can easily go to our next city after our stay. The food in the area was incredible and there’s a massive food hall across the street. Overall glad we made that accidental reservation for next year because we will surely be back!

Disappointing stay. It has potential - but maintenance and service is failing it. Shower and sink were clogged and unpleasant to use. Breakfast was empty trays halfway through the 7-10 breakfast window. I asked a member of staff if they were bringing more, they said they’d call someone, but nobody returned.

The inside was nice and clean, however outside it could be better, the outside of the windows were dirty and dusty, and the planters outside had death dry plants and flowers !

I was so disappointed with the property especially given the rate. The property is undergoing a refurb, had furniture and cables everywhere in the foyer, they were also painting and had a temporary check in desk. One lift wasn’t working, the door to our room got stuck each time and was very hard to open, the rooms themselves weren’t great - one big disappointment and certainly not worth the price! In addition on arrival we were told they were over booked and were looking to send us to a sister property! Wouldn’t stay here again it recommend it.

Room was spacious and clean. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating. The minor issue was that the range hood needs a clean as there was the distinct smell in the kitchen that I had to keep the door closed all the time.

Our studio apartment had everything we needed and looked out over a playground area. The local streets were easy to navigate and had lots of bar and restaurant options. Having umbrellas at the front door is a good idea..would stay again.

The location was perfect and convenient to all the attractions.
But the room was old, hot, and very run down. It only had AC upon request—which luckily we didn’t use. The shower was nearly impossible to use as it had only a half shower door which terribly on the bathroom floor.
The last and probably the worst insult was the breakfast, which was 33 euros for 1 small Americano coffee and 2 mini croissants?! This was an outrageous price for such a basic breakfast!
Unfortunately I would not recommend.
