Chic modern rooms, excellent central location near trains, subway, buses, and airport shuttle. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. Rooms were equipped with the essentials. A kettle is supplied. No carpets, so very clean. Overall, an excellent base to tour Toulouse.

The only thing missing from this hotel was a refrigerator. There is so much to do around and near the hotel, and it is very convenient to the walkable parts of the city. Good location with metro and gar near enough, and the hotel was nice and clean and well organized. Desk staff can easily speak English but allowed me to check in and out in French so i could practice and were patient and clear which i appreciate. I would stay there again.

I don’t know your clientele, but most foreign hotels I stay at have some TV channels in English. I think you need to boost the technology in the room. Perhaps USB ports for phone charge. I had trouble with WiFi all week and had to shut it off. When it gave me access, I couldn’t download anything. I have unlimited data with AT&T but I imagine some people don’t.

The hotel room was nice, though a little tight. Its in the heart of a lot of the sites and everything is walking distance which is good for the daytime tourist, however it is a double edged sword as many people will be talking loudly while drunk when passing the hotel making it less than ideal for a light sleeper. The staff were curteous and showed us to the room and explained briefly about the city which was nice and will always be appreciated by myself.
