Terrible internet connection , tiny bedrooms.

The only thing missing from this hotel was a refrigerator. There is so much to do around and near the hotel, and it is very convenient to the walkable parts of the city. Good location with metro and gar near enough, and the hotel was nice and clean and well organized. Desk staff can easily speak English but allowed me to check in and out in French so i could practice and were patient and clear which i appreciate. I would stay there again.

The hotel room was nice, though a little tight. Its in the heart of a lot of the sites and everything is walking distance which is good for the daytime tourist, however it is a double edged sword as many people will be talking loudly while drunk when passing the hotel making it less than ideal for a light sleeper. The staff were curteous and showed us to the room and explained briefly about the city which was nice and will always be appreciated by myself.

I don’t know your clientele, but most foreign hotels I stay at have some TV channels in English. I think you need to boost the technology in the room. Perhaps USB ports for phone charge. I had trouble with WiFi all week and had to shut it off. When it gave me access, I couldn’t download anything. I have unlimited data with AT&T but I imagine some people don’t.

Good value

Great location, easy transportation from airport and to train station. Easy walking distance to attractions and dining. Staff responded to our lack of wifi with a good option that we appreciated-all staff helpful and bilingual. We had a very pleasant and easy stay.

Central, old building- new interior, at the pedestrian zone of the inner city, perfect for sightseeing and shopping and dining

Another great hotel and location. You can’t go wrong should you decide to stay here. The room we had was corner unit, more spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a convenient location to restaurants, public transportation and near the Capital.

Excellent hotel in the middle of Toulouse. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and spoke multiple languages.

Rooms are a little compact here, the service is friendly. The breakfast buffet is basic, with limited options but nice and efficient.

Located at one of the busiest cross-junction in Toulouse and next to a night club, it is noisy till the wee hours of the morning especially on weekends. On the last day before leaving (Friday), the only lift was unserviceable and can't be fixed over the weekend. Notice shows it will only be fixed by Monday!. On check-out (Saturday), we all have to carry out baggage down six floors. The rooms are not spacious and quite cramp too.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff with perfect location for accessing metro and also touristic areas were practically in walking distance. I was mainly there for business trip, but an afternoon of free time was enough to see some of the touristic cites.

It is just so quaint in the heart of the city with many things to do with in walking distance!

It’s a solid three-star hotel, but not four in my opinion. Very accessible location.
