Hotel Alhambra

Breakfast menu generous. Plenty of shops nearby. Staff very nice, outdoor seating a big plus. Room was cleaned, but too small for 2 suitcases.

Hotel Alhambra is well-positioned near everything central in breakfast. The room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with lots of healthy and appetizing choices as well as the usual fare. The staff were friendly for the most part, although I would have liked the option for a packed breakfast when I had to check out very early on the last day. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Hotel room was very nice with plenty of room. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great. Lots of good restaurants and shops in the area. Transit very close by. A nice bonus was the garden area available to use.

I arrived very early about 1030am and I hoped to leave my bag but was delighted to be given the option to check in early. I had a nice room overlooking the garden and had a very peaceful afternoon rest, hard to imagine it was the centre of Paris! It was clean and comfortable. It was easy to walk to from Gare du Nord, about half hour but there is also a metro very close by. Lots of cafes etc. It is a bit annoying having to hand the key in when you go out but it's clear that is their policy. I had a very enjoyable one night stay.

We had a 2 night stay in March 2026 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The Oberkampf station (on the 5 & 9 lines) is visible from the entrance of the hotel (about 50m/160 feet) and will get you around where you need to go. Good local restaurants in the area, pharmacy is around the corner. Overall an excellent location. Staff is really friendly. Room was great, newer renovation with a fantastic shower. Very clean, overlooking the courtyard. Also very quiet. We knew there were other guests next to us but never heard them. Breakfast was fine, the usual eggs and bacon , toast and pastries, coffee, etc. We were early checking in and were able to leave bags in a secure area. They were also happy to keep our bags when we checked out so we were able to spend the last few hours in Paris luggage free. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

Great area with lots to do and easy walk into the beautiful Marais. Lovely friendly hotel. Good breakfast, clean and well maintained social areas.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were great and so was the breakfast. The location is excellant. Walking distance to the attractions but away from the tourist zone.We have already booked our stay for when we return to Paris.

Room decent, received a king vs the two beds I booked. Noisy Zumba classes from 0630 in the morning and until about 10 pm. Good location. I'd skip the breakfast.

First - they do not use mattress protectors on the beds. While I didn’t see any evidence of bedbugs, the sheets were stained and had hair on them when I first got there. The walls are quite thin, especially if located near the stairwell. The room was definitely not what was pictured in the photos. I paid for the “superior” twin room and the room was far too small for two people to be comfortable, let alone open your suitcase. Front desk staff was rude when asking about the difference in the pictures shown online and the room I received. While it is conveniently located, I would not recommend, or consider staying here myself ever again.

Chose this hotel primarily for the area, everything is walkable including the metro. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. And the rooms were cleaned every day! If I came back to paris I would definitely book here again!

rooms were fairly clean. rooms were very small. leaving key with front door staff while out of hotel is not an ideal situation.

Well located, clean, friendly staff. My only complaint, a bit paternalistic in that you had to leave room key at front desk every time you went out. What’s up with that?

The room was not like the oone asvertised, very small room whereas the picture in expedia is different. the ask for the room key whenever we leave the hotel which is weird.

-Breakfast is good -Customer service - rude attitude -Room- very small, not as we booked, not as the advertised pictures, no mirror in the room They asked to give them back the room key every day when ever we leave the building which is not normal , they said incase there is a fire while they have master keys for all rooms when they clean it

The courtyard garden is amazing, could only be better by banning smoking there also! Rooms are somewhat small, but clean functional.

Hotel location and staff service was great. The only item of note was that the room we booked via Expedia was a Queen and 2 twins. This however turned out to be a Queen, 1 twin, and 1 twin futon on a metal rail. This was uncomfortable for the person sleeping as the futon mattress was thin. Overall the value was great and I would stay again, but in a diffident room/bed set up. Also note the room has no mini fridge, but does have a small safe and hair dryer. The location was fabulous, with lots of dining options in just a few steps.

Our stay at Hotel Alhambra was great, service was lovely. The front desk reception was always friendly and accommodating, even let us borrow a power adapter when ours broke. The breakfast buffet was included in the price of the hotel and it was a nice simple meal. The hotel was also very close to the metro, only about 2 min walk. There’s also a Filipino cafe next door and we had a delicious ube coffee from there. Overall a great place to stay, would recommend!

This was an older hotel but the rooms were modern and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were wonderful, the property was very close to 3 metro stations, places to eat and lots of shops. If going back to Paris I wouldn’t look anywhere else I would stay here again.

The garden seating area was lovely and inviting. The breakfast buffet offered good, tasty variety. The property was well maintained. The staff was generally helpful and polite. The location was within walking distance of the Gare du Nord and the Marais. I did not like having to leave the key card each time we left the hotel and it was a little challenging for my disabled father to move around the hotel comfortably.
