The staff were so inviting and helpful as we arrived. The staff changed throughout our stay and all were equally amazing!
The room was a great size for what we needed and the room and bathroom was so clean.

The location was great, close to train station, but the hotel itself is very outdated, the room small, bathroom was clean, they did upgrade me my last 2 nights to a room with a balcony which was great but felt there are still better hotels around for the same price.

Amazing hotel in the absolute best location of Paris.. super close to the Metro station, at the end of our stay we took the metro to the train station (Gare de Lyon) to go to Barcelona and did not have to walk a bit.. rooms are lovely- we had the connecting rooms with a balcony and beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and Arc d triomphe.. staff (especially Mike who welcomed us and gave us great recommendations for our walks and restaurants and Benoit who was very nice and they both spoke English).. we cannot wait to come back!

Great place to stay. Very clean room! Fridge stocked with beverages. Also a kettle to make coffee & tea. Staff was friendly & professional. Benoit had great suggestions & was very helpful in getting us oriented. Location was perfect…steps away from a metro made it easy to get to popular tourist spots. Also location was a couple blocks from Arc de Triomphe & Champs Elysse. Didn’t try the breakfast because hotel is so close to dozens of great places to eat at every price range.

The front desk person was a little condescending when they found out part of why we were in Paris was for the Eras Tour, it was not bad service but just disappointing. We found it odd that they did not just use key cards but rather large heavy keys that you turned into the front desk when ever you left the property and had to request when you got back on property. This left us feeling uneasy about the security of our room, especially after we first checked into our room and an employee entered our room while we were sleeping causing us to jump out of our skin. For a 1 night stay that allowed us to go to a concert while also being near famous sight seeing spots it was 70% worth it but we will both say if we could time travel back we would have just spent a little more money and booked elsewhere

Boutique hotel but very clean and nice! We love the old style of the building and the vintage keys! We got 2 connecting rooms and I think the spaces are good consider the historical building. I got the balcony room with the view of the Arc and you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower as well. Love the views!!! Location is so convenient, one metro station is right next to the hotel (few steps away), there is another metro station is just across the street. The guy at front desk is so friendly and nice (I'm pretty sure that's the same guy few reviews also mentioned), he gave us tips on how to be cautious with pocket pickers, where to go for photos around Eiffel Tower, and also arranged our taxi to airport, our family of 5 got the big van taxi and the pricing is very reasonable! Highly recommend! Thank you from USA.

The rooms are smaller than pictures. I have 3 days in a row without having the possibility to take a shower because hot water or water issues. They are completely focused on earning money than hospitality.

The hotel was as expected, small but adequate. We found it was quiet, staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to my negligence - we were charged breakfast- if we had known we would have ate elsewhere for the price.
I would stay here again, on the doorstep of the metro Which we used to sight see.
