Easy to make the reservation online and get a pretty reasonable price for a clean room, with a comfy bed and hot water. Just 1 bottle of water on day 1 and no mini bar.
The halls had a really bad odor.
There was a small wedding so we had no option to eat in the Hotel’s restaurant. We had to call a taxi to take us out to some restaurant for dinner.

Nice views and a pleasant evening atmosphere on the terrace. A bit dated in areas and I didn’t like the shower in a bath setup. Food was reasonable and a good price. Convenient location with free parking. Pool closes to early and opens to late fir anyone working, which is a shame.

Our room was dirty. Black stuff either growing on bathroom ceiling or just splattered there. Lipstick on a wall.
When we arrived they couldn’t find us in the system and they were pretty rude once they found their error.
As a positive our view is spectacular.

Place was lovely and clean - great room with good air conditioning.
However,
pool is a lot smaller than shown
It is a 50-minute walk from the beach
We got completely ripped off at the bar in the hotel - having to pay 22 euros for a gin and lemonade
When first arrived became very stressed as they could not find our booking - nearly making us pay an extra 86 euros.
Hotel is based on a hill - there is a lovely shopping centre near by.
Food & drinks were VERY costly and for the price you pay, in my opinion, it is not worth it.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Lovely view over pool, valley, mountain, castle. Easy access to the Polygone Riviera shopping centre and a bus stop to the airport.
Very thin walls however that you can hear too much from other rooms and bathrooms.

Very nice and clean room, but in the shower didn'twork at all and. The administration knows about that, they just tell us that the back yard room haven't been update. If I have knowed about the shower, I will have never madea reservation at this hotel, it was a little bit complicated for

The hotel is hard to find even for the taxi driver. Staff was helpful but not available until 8 am. She did book a car for me for my early flight. We were there during the football game in Nice. Other hotels increased their price except a few like this one. Good value.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. A bit out of the way with not much to do in the immediate area. The food in the hotel was the best I had in the South of France. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family as it was very reasonable for the price and not too far from Nice Airport and local transport.

THIS HOTEL WAS GOOD QUALITY AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. It is about to close for about 7 weeks for complete refurbishment by its new owners-reopening in February. When this refurbishment is completed I am sure that the ratings will be mostly 5 Excellent.
2 or so KM from centre of VILLENEUVE LOUBET VILLAGE.

Personnel sympathique et accueillant. La chambre 203 est fonctionnel mais il a besoin de rafraîchissement et un petit peu de déco à mon avis. Sinon l'hôtel est bien situé entre Cannes et Nice pour bouger en voiture. Le parking gratuit est un plus pour cet hôtel 👍
