I am happy with my stay in Hotel Saint Saveur. The location was perfect as my mom could not walk that far so it was an easy access to Grotto and the church itself. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They will
Help you find transportation and find you best spots to eat. The room was comfortable and amenities were good. I will stay here again if given the chance to visit Lourdes again.

The staff were excellent! They spoke good English which made everything easy for us. They were super helpful with any requests we had. The young man in the cafe in the foyer was so wonderful with our take away pizzas each night. The location was a ten out of ten. Will stay here when we come again.

The hotel is just a few meters from a central gate to the sanctuary. The room has a good size for one person (and even for a couple). It is very clean and modern. Breakfast is very good, and not expensive. I also had their lunch/dinner buffet 3 times and they were always delicious.

Welcoming hotel very near the grotto literally 2 minutes to the entrance. Buffet style food was always delicious and plentiful. Room was basic but clean with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed every day of our week long stay

It is very close to the basilica. It has it’s own restaurant. Breakfast which we have to pay is not that impressive. I made a suggestion to the receptionist Vanessa about the Tv in our room that is dangerously located on the wall ( too low). I am only 5’3” and i bumped my head 2x during the night.

The hotel is not the most modern, but it was clean and close to the sanctuary. The decor in the hallway is quite dated but our room was updated with newer amenities (sink, shower and commode). The front desk staff was helpful and spoke English. The restaurants attached to the hotel were always quite busy. I would recommend staying here most fir it’s convenient location.

The room was nice however no coffee machine!! The problem is parking. It is far from the hotel and located in the basement of another hotel. The drive in/out of the garage is extremely narrow you need to be very careful not to scratch the (rental) car!!!

Would not recommend. It was like a bunker. No hand soap. Toilet was in opposite area of sink. Hot in the room. The room looked like it was last decorated in the 60s. Yuk

We stayed here in September 2017 and it was our first and only choice for our October 2024 pilgrimage !
Great friendly service, great buffet with very flexible meal plans. The brasserie on the ground floor is excellent. Christine on reception was very helpful.
Easy reach of the Grotto.
We’ll be back !
